    New Furnace Installation

    First I want to thank Vik of Sales for his pleasant and courteous professionalism and for sending us an awesome team of installers, Owen and Gino the very next day. These two guys were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and totally respectful of my property. Thanks very much for the great customer service! Great job!

    water heater repair

    My water heater was not working. I tried to relight the pilot light but it wouldn't stay lit. I went to Home Stars and made the request. Limcan responded quickly and booked my repair for the following day. I booked a time for the repair with a four hour window. Geoff attended within the window, diagnosed the problem, had the parts with him, made the repair, relit the pilot light and tidied up the area very quickly.

    After service check up

    I had my annual furnace servicing and needed them t come back as it didnt start up the next time it was turned on. Bryan came out to do the servicing. He was professional, easy to talk to and explained what was happening. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

    Service and filter change.

    Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful, he noticed the humidifier filter had not been replaced in a few years. He installed a new filter and cleaned up the inside of the humidifier. Job site was cleaned up after servicing furnace and humidifier.

    Furnace Maintenance

    My furnace had a faulty gas valve. I called Limcan, Chris came within the same day, installed, and fired up the furnace! Fast , professional service from Chris. Family is now warm and cozy days before winter.
