    Emergency Electrical

    Captain Electric dispatched an electrician for my emergency within 4 hours; they called ahead when he was expected to arrive. The electrician was upfront about the pricing, diagnosed the issue quickly, and did the repair. Overall I was satisfied with the work done and would recommend using them in the future.

    Light Dimmer Switch Hot to the touch & not working correctly

    The response to my request for a service call was very quick. Explanation for the cause of the problem was very clear and easy to understand. The price for repairs was very fair & reasonable. Mr Enrico Moriconi, who was my electrician, was very courteous, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend Captain Electric to anyone!

    Potlights Not working- transformers required

    I was very impressed that when I phoned I got to speak to a real person rather than leave a message and wait for a return call to arrange an appointment. Enrico and Brian were very professional and took the time to explain their licensing, insurance and the repairs required. When doing the repairs they worked neatly and there was no mess to clean up after they were done.

    Electrical problem with loss of power in the home.

    I am very satisfied with the service I received from Captain Electric. Enrico arrived quickly after I called in to the office. He explained every step of the procedure after determining that the problem was outside. He contacted the utility company and waited while they did their repairs. I will certainly call Captain Electric again if we have need of an electrician in the future.

    Repairs to Kitchen Outlet & switches.

    As usual Captain Electric Saved the Day! This is my second time using Captain Electric and I am completely satisfied with the delivery of service coupled with the technical knowledge. Thanks for providing me with peace of mind!

    New Pool Table Light, plugs, television cable run

    We recently inherited a pool table from my in-laws which meant reorganizing our entire rec room in the basement. This also meant that the TV was going to be in part of our finished basement that did not have a cable outlet. I called a couple of different places looking for someone who would run the cable with minimal damage to our finished basement. Captain Electric did a wonderful job and you wouldn't even know that the cable wasn't alway there. They also installed a brand new light (which we had purchased) to hang over the pool table, once again with little damage to our finished basement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an electrician. They arrived right on schedule, completed the work and within an hour the ESA inspector was here and agreed that it was a wonderful job and all within code.

We try our best to avoid making unnecessary holes when "fishing" in new lines and cables. This can take a little more time, but saves you the headache of major refinishing and repainting.     Electrical Panel Upgarde and Sauna Therostat Repair

    The men are friendly, respectful, knowledgable and on time. We were very pleased with their work and how they respect your home, everything was left so neat and tidy. We feel much safer now that the work has been done by a great company.

    Finding source of our electrical problems

    Wow! From the moment we contacted Captain Electric until the service job was done, we were happy. Very pleasant and informed receptionist, who promptly called me when she said she would. Prompt service. Enrico was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained and showed us the problems before he fixed them and thoroughly checked our home for other problems. Patiently answered our questions and listened to our concerns and made suggestions. Feel like our house is safe again and all because of Enrico.

    Replace fixtures, switch, misc advice

    I only wish that all contractors were as knowledgeable, reliable, clear, up front about what to expect and friendly as Captain Electric. In addition to the basic work performed, they answered several of my other electrical questions and helped me make the best decisions for my situation. Very professional and personable.

    plug in kitchen not working & installing dimmers

    The person that owned our house before us was a bit of a "do it yourselfer" and he was incompetent to put it mildly. I'm not sure what he did to our plugs in the kitchen but they never worked properly. I called C.E. and they sent Enrico. He sat down with my wife and I and explained all the details of the work he was going to do. He gave us a quote on fixing the issue and installing the dimmers. All the work was done in a timely manner and professionally. I feel confident in their work and will call C.E. again.
