    Updating

    After getting our quote from Dan, we called back to have Dan return to do the work. He was on time, very professional, showed us things that had been done wrong (and why it was wrong), which he repaired. Along with his helper Dave, they completed the work to our satisfaction as promised. We are looking forward to sharing our ESA certificate (thanks to Captain Electric!)with our next real estate agent should we decide to sell our home in the spring. We would recommend Captain Electric without question! Good job team, keep up the good work! Mr. & Mrs. Peter Abbs

    single circuit analysis

    half of the circuit in my home was not working, called captain electric, very satisfied with the repairs. the electricians were very professional, friendly and neat. made no mess treated my home like theirs. he answered my queries very thoroughly gave me good idea of work to be done, exact cost and they were very quick. good thing is they charge by the job not duration of job. they were punctual as well. good experience, will recommend to anyone or any job. good job guys two thumbs up.

    Install four light fixtures

    Captain Electric installed two exterior and two interior light fixtures. These were replacements of existing fixtures. I used Captain Electric a few years earlier and knew the professionalism and quality of the electricians and their work, so didn't shop around. Enrico told me the firm price before he and Kevin started the job. They worked efficiently and completely cleaned up after themselves. Working with Captain Electric is such a pleasure -- they are polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

    Fix underground wire

    Arrived on time. Investigated issue and did work within the hour. Was able to give a very detailed quote on another larger job. Very polite and professional. Wore covers over work boots to keep house clean. Explained a lot to us. Would use them again to get the job done.

    Kitchen Pot Light Installation

    I have used this company for several project around our home. The latest was installing pot lights in the ceiling of our kitchen. Their quotes are always on targe, the quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the follow up from the comapny is always appreciated. It can be difficult to find good skilled trades but these guys are top notch. Ask for Enrico.. he's our guy and does amazing work!! Everytime someone asks me for a recommendation for an electrical contractor, these are the only folks I mention. The last couple of times Enrico has been to the house, his apprentice Kevin has been with him.. great team :)

    External Outlet for EV Charger

    Excellent, professional service. After 2 failed attempts by other electricians to set me up for EV charging, I called Captain Electric. They were experienced in the requirements for EV installation and outlined my options, for the present and future. Very happy with the work.

    Installation of New Circuit Breaker Panel and exterior Receptacle

    Captain Electric arrived on time, and performed the work in a timely and problem free manner. They left the place clean and spotless. The quality of the work is noticably professional in all aspects.

    Electrical outage

    Turns out it was just a circuit overload, but Enrico fixed, explained and double checked the circuit panel. Also bought the surge protecter as was recommended on Holmes on Holmes. This is the third time that we have used Captain Electric (home inspection, lightening strike and now the circuit overload). Non-threatening electricians, comfortable having them in my home without my husband here. Invite questions about what they're doing and why. Quick to provide info that you need to know. Very friendly. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend them to all!!

    Aluminum Wire Rejuvenation

    We have a house with aluminum wiring. When we had an electrical problem, checking on Homestars showed Captain Electric was the company that seemed to have the most experience with aluminum. They solved our problem, and we discussed further action, which was rejuvenation. All pricing was made clear up front, and all work done to our satisfaction. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dave, and found both him and the company to be helpful and honest. Captain Electric are now our first choice for all electrical needs, should they (hopefully never!) arise.

    Aluminum wiring was discontinued for use in houses in the late 1970's. It has specific characteristics and does require special knowledge and treatment.     smoke alarm installation

    they are they ONLY electrical company i will use. always available no matter when i call, helpful, polite & respectful. wish i could remember tech's name -- he was fantastic!
