We had all roof corners leaking. We phoned a number of compnaies who offered either to replace the whole system or to repair the corners but with no warranty. Kerry gave us a reasonable quote and a 3 year warranty. He showed up at our place when agreed and was working hard all day long to complete the job. Thank you Kerry

Trying to figure out a safe way to redirect my city ordered downspout redirection while maintaining curb appeal. Was offered basic cut, cap redirect which would be unsafe forcing water on my driveway. Even offered an ugly barrel to collect water. Never realised how difficult it was to meet my needs or provide a suggestion from some others i've looked into. Dwayne from A&N came by and fixed my downspout removing it completely from the location moving it over to a safer location while maintaining its purpose. Safe, looks great and the company followed up with me regarding the service almost like i had my whole roof done.

I received a prompt response to my request for quotation and Mike was very accommodating to do the work within my budget. The work was done quickly with nothing left behind for me to clean up. Mike even rescued a bird that had become trapped behind a piece of my siding! Going the extra mile gets '10 out of 10' in my books.

Service with this company very prompt. Mike and his helper just finished the work on the above and did a great job - very pleased. Also just as important they cleaned up after nothing left around. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Upper eavestrough on our two-stoey house spilled over to ground. Dwane straightened it and then reinforced it so the water would flow properly. Downspout reworked to exit on the ground instead of through the sewer system. The work was very satisfactory and the eavestrough was cleaned while they were at it.

The eavestroughs in my rental property were leaking and ice was forming in the sidewalk, which made the walkway slippery. I called Armstrong and Nelson to assess the cause of the leakage. They informed me that the eavestroughs were not graded or sloped properly. They made the necessary repairs and the problem was solved.

Only company to respond to voice mail message. Dwayne was my go-to-guy. He communicated often and work was down in a day. Brought samples on first visit. Came back and checked after job was done to make sure all was in order. Very pleased. Thanks Dwayne and everyone at Armstrong & Nelson.

This is the third company I called. The only one that got back to me. They were courteous, rapid and convenient. Ben fixed it right, it's pouring outside and the water is going where it should. The only disadvantage is we won't be able to use the driveway for skating this winter ;)

Great job!! Very impressed from estimate to completed job. Alfredo was extremley profressonal. No mess, no hassle. The pictures that Alfredo took to show before and after were extremely helpful. Would recommend this company and especially Alfredo as an installater!
