The downspout at the back of the house fell off and rain was in the forecast. My concern was water pouring down against the wall and the potential of it going into the basement. Armstrong and Nelson came within a day, repaired the pipe and it doesn't look as if it fell off at all. Very prompt and efficient service....much appreciated!

Work was efficient, quick and friendly. The work was delayed a couple of times due to the weather. Understandably that could not be helped. We thought the price was a bit high. Perhaps if the eaves were done at the same time the cost would have \0been more favourable (which is how we usually do it with another company).

I received very attentive service from Rhoda who took my order. Ken, who did the work, was very efficient and did an excellent job cleaning my eavestroughs. I would highly recommend this company.

The work was quick and neatly installed. I was very impressed on how professional and efficient everyone was.....great work! Definitely would recommend to do the job.

My eavestrough required small repairs. I was surprised that finding eavestrough repair for small jobs was difficult. Ben called me back promptly and tried to repair the job while no one was at home. Because no one was home, the first repair missed the problematic section. Thankfully it rained the next day and I could see that the leak wasn’t repaired. I called Ben and he returned to make sure that the job was done right. I think it turned out to be a bigger job than Ben initially expected, and he had to return a few more times. He was reasonable, professional and kept at it, until the leak was repaired. Although it was a lot more work for Ben he only charged me $65 more than the initial estimate. My experience is that Ben stands by his work.

I needed my eaves trough cleaned and they came the next day. They repaired and realigned areas that had somehow gotten obstructed. My home is rather large which affected the price, but I am so impressed with their service I asked to become an annual customer. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I first spoke to Ben & Rhoda to clean the eaves trough as it was leaking from 2 corners when the ice thaws. Rhoda told me the cost is $225. She sent Sam. All what he did was, he used the ladder to reach the front sides of the eaves trough with the help of a long stick and did some pushing of clogged stuff and told me the rest of the stuff would get washed away for a heavy rain. Sam said he is using the best caulking for the leaks. The following year it started to leak again as he did the caulking on the old caulking- so stupid! He didn’t clean the back side of my house eaves trough. He said it’s too high and he can’t climb. Upon talking to Rhoda the next day, she was kind of rude. She said it’s entirely a different issue as to do with the alignment of my eaves trough and said that she will have to send someone to give me a bigger quote for a much bigger job. She said it’s not funny when I laughed! The next day my mother-in-law called me at work to say that Sam is at the back side of my house. Sam said that he already checked the back side and that it was clean before she went to see what he was doing.

I hired this company in June 2015 to deal with leaks behind the eavestrough at the front porch of my house which were damaging the fascia board. They told me I needed to install new eavestroughing and fascia board. They also installed new down pipes and leaf guards everywhere including other parts of the house. I thought everything was okay but by the next Spring the water stains on that new fascia board were back just like before. I called Juan in June 2016 who had done the work a few times and he never replied. Then I called Rhoda and finally got a call back from her in August. Juan came by in late August and said the flashing on the roof was installed improperly, the roof tiles were too short and the roof on the porch generally looked bad. He wanted $280 to fix the flashing. My concern was that he never told me any of this the year before. So I got some roofing quotes and went with a new roof on the porch instead from another company. This Spring I had a new eavestrough problem at the back of the house and tried calling Juan again. He said he would come by that day and texted me a few times when he was running late but then never showed up. I tried texting again and he never replied. I tried to stick with this company because I had found them helpful more than 10 years ago when I first used them but in recent years they have developed poorer service so I won't be using them again and do not recommend them.

Called them at least 5 times in January kept telling me they're coming even quoted me a price which they backed out on. Now here we are almost finished February and nothing not even a phone call. Do yourself a favor call someone else. if this is how they operate can't imagine their work being any better.
