    Reliable and Cost Effective Irrigation System Repair and Maintenance

    We bought our house in 2019 and discovered the irrigation system had not been used or maintained in over 3 years. We called Naiad and they came out, evaluated the situation and got us up and running for a very reasonable price. We then had some landscaping done, and our contractor damaged the irrigation lines, and the folks at Naiad were super responsive in coming back to fix the damage. Again, very reasonable price for the work. We have since used them for Spring activation and Fall blowouts and they show up reliably and do great work when they are here.

    Snow Removal

    We have been with Naiad Irrigation Systems for snow removal for about 5 years and I cannot say enough bout the service. The staff and service is exceptional. I've never had to call to ask when they are arriving or have had to call that the snow was not removed at my satisfaction. No matter who I have had to contact during the years I have always been satisfied with the outcome.

    winterization

    The service was done on time with proper advanced notice. I was contacted before the service so as after completion of the service.Winterization completion tag was hanged to main service valve.

    Irrigation System

    We had Naiad Irrigation Systems Ltd. do the blow out of our sprinkler system. We were very happy. They have competitive pricing, sent emails confirming the date and approximate time, texted prior to arrival because we have a dog, arrived on time and blew out the system. Booking and paying for the service was very easy. Peace of mind = priceless.

    Irrigation winter service

    We have been using Naiad to do the winter blowout since they installed our underground sprinkler system since 2012. Naiad provide good service with reasonable price and stand behind their work. Their technicians came on time as promised and were courteous and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend their service.

    Set it and forget it

    Booked a sprinkler clean-out service for the first time with Naiad using their online tool. Super easy to book and received an immediate confirmation via email and text with the time and date. The morning of the blow-out I had to be in Cochrane for an emergency... the tech contacted me via text to let me know when they were going to be there and confirmed that I did not have to be there. When I returned home, everything was done and there was zero evidence of them having been there. Invoice paid and moved on with my life. I will DEFINITELY be using this service and recommending them to ALL of my real estate clients. Easy, reasonably priced and solid work done properly. THANK YOU!

    Excellent Service and customer service

    This was very easy to transition to this Company from a previous derive provider who simply could not deliver yet had no problem taking my money. We have been very happy since and appreciate the awesome service and great customer service,

    Irrigation Fall Blow

    Naiad does a great job and I was able to pay for it using their membership program. The technician always reviews any changes with us. We added a mister system to our patio and it was added to the blowout at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

    Providing a great service

    Have been with this company at least for 10 years now. Nice company, easy to deal with, prompt with response and services. Like theirs scheduling models which keeps our minds free from worrying

    Fall Sprinkler Blow Down

    The only thing preventing me from awarding a higher rating is the cost of the service. The person was at our home a total of 21 minutes. I realize the travel is built into the cost, but the person that was here said, when I asked, that his next stop was about a 7 minute drive from our home. Ker-ching, ker-ching.
