    I wish all companies operated this way

    I wish all companies took pride in their business like Naiad does. The world would be such a good place if they did. I highly recommend them!!!!

    Home Irrigation

    I had my irrigation system installed by Naiad Irrigation Systems several years ago. They were delightful to work with them and now. I have since enrolled in their membership program paying a small monthly fee which covers Cross Connection testing, spring start up and preparing the system for shut down in the fall. They show up on time for every booking are always helpful and never leave without every concern addressed. I particularly appreciate their text messages to let you know they are on their way to a service call which also includes the name and photo of the technician so you know who to expect and can address by name. I would highly recommend Naiad for anyone looking to install a system or for yearly maintenance on an existing system!

    Complete overhaul of aging underground irrigation system in Calgary

    After researching the best irrigation companies in Calgary - NAIAD Irrigation Systems kept coming up as the most reliable company anytime we talked to neighbours and friends. So, we called Naiad in early Summer with some complicated problems in our very old irrigation system. We had leaks in the lines, broken valves and every sprinkler was a disaster. They were so friendly and helpful on the phone, within minutes we had a confirmed appointment a couple days later and were given updates of when our irrigation technician would arrive. Our tech, Tyler, was on-time, he was prepared and he got right to work. He explained the problems and had solutions for everything. He rebuilt our main lines into a protected box, tested and fixed every line and sprinkler and he even upgraded our system with this Hunter outdoor wi-fi irrigation controller. Now we use the Hydrawise app and can take care of everything from our phones! No hassle, no worrying about when or how much watering, its so easy and efficient and it even gives us comprehensive reports about our system. After Tyler walked us through using the app he said hed have the office contact us to get on schedule with the Fall blow-outs. They called within a half hour and we had a confirmed appointment for winterization. To say that we received great customer service is an understatement. We had the best customer service experience from Naiad! Well be booking Naiad for snow removal in the future as well. Thanks for helping us out guys!

    Regular irrigation spring start

    Ive been a customer for 4 years now. I feel taken care of. This year I had Quinn Zintel attend to my start up. I had a call earlier in the day from the office, advising me that there was an earlier opening than my original booked date. Quinn contacted me later on the day to advise an estimated time and showed up earlier than he anticipated. Quinn was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Honestly the best technician I have ever dealt with. He also offered some advise and suggestions on how I could upgrade my current system and things to watch for if I run into any trouble with it, inside and out. Very impressive young man. Very impressive indeed!

    Irrigation Service and yard maintenance

    I have used Naiad for several years. Initially I used them to do repairs, spring start up and fall blow outs but I was so impressed with their professionalism and response to my requirements (no matter how last minute) that I now use them for monthly yard care during the summer. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always do a great job no matter the task. I highly recommend this company.

    Sprinkler service

    We are very happy with the service we have received from Naiad. They are prompt, efficient, always come with parts needed for any repairs. Appreciate the information on who is coming and when. Excellent service

    Great service

    We had several sprinkler heads lifted as they had sunk. We also had some heads removed as we contracted with another company to put in a concrete patio. Naiad worked with scheduling and changing the appointment last minute to accommodate changes made by the other company. Their workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience
