    Irrigation Winterization

    I got my irrigation system winterized this year by Naiad. It was very easy to set up a time for them to come out. They told me the cost upfront which was nice. They sent me a reminder email a few days before they came out and sent an invoice when they were done. I set up automatically billing with them so it was very painless. I didn't have to be home when they did the work and they left a sticker outside to show that they serviced my system. They were professional, fast and efficient and it doesn't cost much. Will definitely use them again.

    Sprinkler System Winterization

    Naiad has to be one of the most organized, professional companies that I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the last few years. They keep their clients informed, pricing is very competitive but more importantly, they have embraced technologies that make it easy for the consumer tschedule and pay for their services. GREAT JOB NAIAD!!

    Sprinkler Winterization

    Using Naiad Irrigation was a painless experience using the online features to set up winterization of the sprinklers. Follow up was prompt and service was done on the date promised. Great Job

    Sprinkler Repair and Maintenance

    I have used Naiad since purchasing this home two years ago. They do the winterizing every year and I had them do a full check of all sprinklers and had them recommend new low flow sprinkler to lower costs and provide better coverage. I have been very pleased with every aspect of their service. Their team is prompt, professional and cost effective. Naiad is a very easy firm to deal with, reservations are quick and easy to make and their service personnel are always on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other home owners. I have never had a problem with their work and the new sprinkler heads continue to provide outstanding performance. Thanks Naiad!!

    Residential Irrigation System Install

    Professional, Prompt, Experienced, Competitive and Exceptional Customer Service. This is what I think of when I think the quality of the product and personnel at NAIAD. From detailed quotations/drawings to competitive high quality component pricing vs the competition to experienced and professional workmanship to lightning-fast response to issues and "always there" customer service attitude... I have never been more pleased or willing to refer or re-hire a trade. Which is why I've taken the time out of my day to write this review and have already referred individuals personally to NAIAD. Big thanks to Myles and Jeff for the great work in the field and also to Jan in the office. A job well done and a well deserved 10 out of 10 ranking. Bravo!

    Maintenance

    These guys not only solved our problems, they accommodated us sooner than expected . As a result we shall switch suppliers for all of our yearly maintenance and recommend them to others

    Irrigation installation

    I just had Naiad install my irrigation system. This is the second time I have used Naiad for a new installation. First time was about 4 or 5 years ago. Great service and on time both times, and very responsive.

    Snow Removal

    I hired Naiad for snow removal at my mother's house this winter and we were both incredibly impressed with the service. They always came promptly after the snowfall, and regularly came out a second time if the snow continued falling after they had cleared it once. The work they did was excellent and they were always friendly with my mom when she spoke with them. I had heard a lot of negative reviews of other snow removal companies, so I was skeptical about hiring someone but I found I wasn't able to make it down there enough to clear it for her. After hiring Naiad, I called my mother nearly every snowfall for at least a month to confirm if they had been there and that the service was good. I was so pleased every time when she said that they had been by and done a great job. Often she was (pleasantly) surprised when they came to clear accumulation even less than the half an inch limit in the contract. She has trouble getting around these days even in good conditions, and having the snow removed from her walkways helped her be able to get to and from her vehicle. I can't thank Naiad enough for helping my mom keep her independence this year. We will definitely be hiring them again next year. To anyone considering using Naiad for snow removal, please do! They were worth every penny I paid for their services.

    Sprinkler sys modification

    The work they perform is good however they were not upfront about the service call admin charge and thus the cost was approx $ 60 over estimated. I did contact the company later on about it and they offered some of the charge as a credit.

We will ensure that price is on our website and we will look at modifying processes here to make it more obvious. To help make it clearer for anyone reading this review, we do charge a minimum fee to cover the costs for travel time to get to your house. In 2013, our rate was $60 plus GST. On top of that we will bill for labour and parts for the technician to repair the irrigation system. Thanks again Rita and have a great winter!

    Winter Sprinkler Blowout

    Good - no hasslehassle - service. Made one phone call and the technician came out and blew out our sprinkler lines. I didn't even have to take time off work.
