    Irrigation system design and installation

    We hired Naiad to design and install an irrigation system for our new home. The whole process was first class all the way starting with a one-on-one consulation with Myles where he described exactly what would be involved and showing us the difference between different components and options and what the cost difference might be. Whenever we called with questions or concerns in advance of the installation, we always felt like they took us seriously and took the time to answer our questions. We had a few very minor issues with a few of our sprinkler heads (not spraying properly, spray pattern needing to be adjusted) that were as a result of our sod installation by another contractor and Naiad came to fix it within a few days. I'm happy to recommend Naiad to anyone.

    Fall Blow Out

    The customer service I receive from Naiad is amazing. I love that they send me a reminder notice to book an appointment and then remind me to make sure my water is turned off. The staff are friendly and professional!

    Winter Blowout

    I hired Naiad Irrigation Systems Ltd to do my winter blowout this year. To be fair, they originally did not show up on the day we scheduled, as they had overbooked and were running out of daylight. That being said, they did seem to do their best to rebook me in a timely fashion. From what I can tell, the blowout procedure was a success, but it will be difficult to know for sure until I use the system next spring/summer.

    Irrigation System Repair

    Excellent service. Naiad was able to fix my system from 85% coverage to 100% coverage. Work performed within a reasonable time frame. Will continue to use Naiad for ongoing work, like Winterization blowout.

    Winterization

    They always do the work on the day they commit to and leave the yard the same way the find it. I will continue to use them. They keep me informed of any specials and remind me when the work needs to be done.

    Irrigation

    We use Naiad for all our residential irrigation installations. Their quality of work and customer service is unbeatable. There is only 1 answer we give when clients ask us who we use for the irrigation system for their project....NAIAD!!

    Fall blowout

    Naiad was very accomodating, even with us living outside of Calgary. They had many dates to choose from, and didn't require us to be home for the appointment. The techs made sure our gates were closed up at the end of the appointment. We have used them two years in a row now, and will continue. The first year, the tech actually came on his day off...due to some bad weather blowing in over the few days in which our original appointment was booked. Fantastic customer service.

    Service

    Naiad has been great. We got off to a rocky start with some small problems but each time they promptly come out and have made it right at no extra cost to me. And one time Myles even came out himself on a Sunday to make it right! Great products! Excellent service!

    Irrigation winter blow-out

    We've used Naiad since shortly after we moved to our new home 7 years ago. There were problems with the irrigation system as it was originally installed. Myles from Naiad did some minor repairs when he came to give us a quote on other work, just because he couldn't stand to leave things as they were. He wouldn't let me pay him for the work. That's when I knew this was a company I wanted to do business with, & we have used Naiad ever since.

    Yearly Maintenance

    Naiad does out blow outs every year and system maintenance. We've never had a problem with our system and they are always more than helpful and accommodating when we call them. Strongly recommend them.
