Myles and his team are always great to deal with. They take care of all of my lawn maintenance, have upgraded my 52 sprinkler heads to water saver heads, and handle the winter blowout every year. We just moved and have never had underground sprinklers before but the people at Naiad Irrigation Systems were very quick and helpful when answering our questions. We moved into a new home end of October, with snow already on the ground, and saw that the irrigation system still was not blown out. We called Naiad, and on the phone they gave us already good advice what to do. Then they came more than once to check whether they can blow out the system (valves were frozen) and were finally successful on a Sunday afternoon. Great service! As always in the past the crew at Naiad show up, take care of the blow-out, come and go on time and leave no trace of them having gained access to my system. -punctual -job was done according to agreement -good instructions -did not like the fact that I was asked the pay for the job in advance in spite of having been their customer for a few years and having an impeccable credit history.Answer from pro:
