    Winterization/Service

    I have been using Naiad for several years. From their Sales/Service staff through to their Accounting group they are prompt, professional and reliable. I highly recommend them and in fact have already to others.

    Underground Fall Sprinkler Blow Out

    I find this company to be very professional and reasonable in price. You can pre-book your appt. time, which is convenient for you and they offer different prices for different times and specials if you pay them earlier. If for any reason they need to change the date and time they will e-mail you. Also after the job is completed they send you an e-mail letting you know that they have been to your residence and completed the job. They also enter your name in for different draws that they have!

    sprinkler preparation and fall blow out

    We have a large sprinkler system with a pond. Miles has serviced our system for three years now, and has really gone above and beyond in dealing with the few problesm we had. We switched to Miles's company and have been very satisfied. Miles is very attentive to fixing problems, the staff are prompt and courteous.

    Fall blowout

    I paid for my fall blowout in the spring and everything was done on the date they scheduled and they left a tag to indicate the job had been completed. I have had Naiad do repair work on my system in the past and it has always been done professionally.

    Underground sprinkler services

    First of all, this is truly the only time I have ever written a review for a company. I have to say that naiad is the most professional and wonderful company I have had the pleasure of hiring. My sister hired them and called me impressed and I have to say, she was right! I was one of the calgarians that was hit by the windstorm in 2011. The tornado destroyed several homes on my block. When I arrived home, water from my sprinkler system was shooting water out from the side of my house where a tree and shed from my neighbours home had hit the side of my home and ended up in pieces on the front street. Naiad came out immediately and repaired the damages, checked my system without my asking and pointed out a serious potential hazard on my neighbours home (they were out of town). Naiad, in my opinion, always gives above and beyond service. They are always accommodating to my schedule and needs and I am always treated in a professional and considerate manner. I would highly recommend Naiad as a company that everyone in Calgary should use. From the several times I have had them out to my home for service, I have always been very pleased with their service.

    Irrigation Services - Fall Blow Out

    I've had the pleasure of dealing with Naiad Irrigation Systems for 2 years. They have a courteous and knowledgeable staff and complete their task in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Naiad for all your irrigation needs.

    Fall Irrigation blow out.

    Naiad was very professionally in their booking and onsite service. They were ontime and completely professional in every aspect. Great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to calling them next year.

    sprinkler installation and seasonal maintenance

    Naiad installed my sprinkler system 7 years ago and I've had them do my annual blow-outs ever since. Professional, no hassle service. Email reminders and confirmations. I love these guys!

    complete yard care

    This is a great company to do business with. They are reliable to get the job done when scheduled. If I have any questions or concerns they are address in a professional and prompt manner. Have recommended them to family and friends.

    Winterization for sprinkler system

    Calgarians' generally are never that excited about winter so often we try and stretch the yard and need to put it to bed for the winter to the bitter end. This year I chose a new company to help with the blowing out our sprinkler system for the winter. They are very good at communicating what has been done and when they will be completing the job. This year of course we had that freak snowfall which changed everyone's plans. Wonderful customer service. Thank You
