Val was so nice. I liked getting a quote before work, which was very reasonable. He called to tell me he was running a little late, which I appreciated. He did a terrific job! Fixed my bathtub drain and snaked sink. I plan to use him again in the near future for a new fixtures installations. I was extremely happy with his service and will recommend him and Drain Com to everyone I know. Thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised with Drain Com Plumbing. This was my first use of Home Stars and I wasn't sure how things would work, but Valentyn called promptly, came on time, worked hard and did an excellent job. I intend to hire him to do more work. I appreciate finding someone that I can hopefully work with for a long time.

I called and spoke with Santina. She said, it will cost anywhere from $160 to $240 plus HST. She explained why there is a range of $60. Yuriy called me at 9am sharp and showed up at 9:25am. He was on time. He looked around the Kitchen drain and also to basement in total of 5 mins and said $240 + HST. I asked him, how come you are charging me $240 right away and he said he is a professional and he knows. Because I said, I moved recently and he assumed may be it is a big problem with this laser eyes(maybe). I agreed and he started working..... Just a few suggestions (please take it or leave it) #1. Yuriy was upset that Santina said that it will cost up to $240. He got upset that sometimes it may be $400 or more. So please Santina try to quote a decent number so that customers are not surprised. #2. Yuriy asked me to use the Bounty Roll and I gave him a new one. He used it to clean the mess and with his dirty hands on the roll, and now the roll has to be thrown out as it not usable again. He also used half a bottle of dish-washing liquid. I suggest after charging $240, Yuriy should bring his own supplies. #3. He showed multiple times the amount of mess he was removing. I totally understand and that's the reason he is there. I know that you had to prove your cost but still you don't have to show it multiple times. #3. When I booked with Santina, I told I am going to pay with Cash. But Yuriy did not have any change on him. And he is expecting to keep $9 as his tip. He was working for exactly 25 mins and rest of it was cleaning his own tools before and after using my roll and soap... Not acceptable... So to show my slight disappointment, I paid him $1 as tip. This is for readers to make informed decision.

Valentyn B repaired a broken water main line connection going to my meter and installed new ball shut off valve. He was prompt in his arrival and the repair was professionally done. The price that was charged was very reasonable. I plan to use Drain Com for all of my home plumbing repairs or projects.

Had a hole in a pipe below the sink. The woman on the phone was very helpful and patient as I worked out what to do with my landlord. Will showed up and was kind, knowledgable, and efficient. The problem was easily and quickly solved. This is my first time using a plumber and I feel fortunate to have come across DrainCom. Thank you.

Had a quote that was almost double from one of the most reputable Toronto plumbing companie. Will was a gem: highly skilled, meticulous, went way over and above: fixed the handle on my tub in minutes at no extra charge. He did Draincom proud. As a property manager, I have dealt with many contractors through the years and Will stands out as one of the nicest; earned my trust and future business.

This was my best ever experience with a plumber. Valentyn is the most professional plumber ever. He arrives, leaves his shoes outside the door has a great smile and a firm handshake. He gave me a very reasonable quote. He arrived the next morning with the supplies and finished the work in about 3 hrs. The plumbing job is a big improvement over the original. He used tarps to protect the floor. When he left, everything was repaired and absolutely spotlessly clean. I will refer him to everybody I know. I am a very satisfied customer

Valentyn from DrainCom is great! This was truly a fantastic experience from someone who knew exactly what he was doing. Besides being courteous, professional and explaining all that he was doing and what had to be done, I totally appreciated him taking time to let me know what was going on. Believe me when I say, this plumber has made my experience in my kitchen more comfortable. The price was right, the time was very efficient and I have considered him as my true plumber for whatever plumbing problem I may have (hopefully not) in the future. I have another project that has to be taken care of in the very near future and he has promised me that all I must do is contact Drain Com office to scedule. That is so positive for me. I have received great work , very good parts, and the promise that if anything goes wrong afterwards-just give him a call. All of this is extremely more than 10 stars. We are in the commercial real-estate business and used DrainCom for the first time on a difficult job. I've never written a review for anything but felt compelled to write something because I was so impressed with their work. Clean, neat, professional, I was genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of their work and attention to detail. Thank you gents, we will use you on our very next job!!!

Plumber Will Vincent did a great job of replacing old brace piping with new “Flex 15” PVC. He is exceptionally honest and friendly. As a young plumber, he is committed to providing great customer service along with high quality plumbing. Just 2-3 weeks earlier, Will replaced 2 toilet and two washer shut off valves. He made sure the work was done carefully and fully tested it for leaks. He likes answering questions and providing a thorough explanation about options and materials. I was very pleased with the work done on both occasions. The price below is strictly for replacement of the pipes under the kitchen sink. The first two photos are of the rough brass to PVC replacement. The third photo is the before and after photos of the valve work. They stand behind their work, if any issues arise. A friend highly recommended drain.com to me and I am happy to do the same.
