Kitchen Sink Drain and Leak Repair
Contacting Draincom was the best decision I made when addressing a slow drain and leak in my kitchen sink. Not only were they able to accommodate me on the day I called, they sent a knowledgeable and friendly plumber, Alex. My kitchen issues were quickly fixed in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost (and clean). I recommend Draincom and will call them for my plumbing needs next time around.

Drain replacement
We had been in our 1908-built house less than a year, and had big house drain problems. The basement sump was picking up a sewage smell. I flushed and cleaned the sump but the smell kept coming back. Eventually I phoned Draincom to do a camera inspection of the main drains. Tony came next day and quickly diagnosed leaks from the main drain entering the sump, and recommended several approaches to further investigate and deal with the issue. As we proceeded, more and more issues were found from a very poor DIY job about 15 years and two owners ago. Not to mention old clay pipes cracked with roots in front, old building trap, and lead water supply. So... Long story short, in 5 working days the crew renewed the whole drain system from base of the main stack to the city line in front, added a backflow valve in front of the house, and replaced the lead water supply. It was a stressful and disruptive situation but once you start this kind of work you want to know everything gets done right. Tony and the crew were good to work with, I got assistance from Draincom dealing with my insurance (received partial coverage eventually), and with the city backflow rebate application. We have a 25 yr transferable warranty on the drains, and they were out of the house in a week. It's about all you can ask for with this kind of situation. Thanks guys!

Basement project
Valentyn and his crew delivered the project on time and on budget. Working area was very clean and tidy. No hidden fees, no last minute increases. I highly recommend draincom.

drain pipe leak
This is our first time using DrainCom and we would highly recommend them to anyone! Response time was fast; Alex was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job; price was reasonable.

Great job by Valentyn B
We were doing renovation in our basement. We needed plumbing rough in to be done. We had few plumbing companies come and gave us estimate. Val's estimate was not the cheapest one but we liked his professionalism and personality. He explained us what needs to be done in a very understandable manner. At the end job was done very neat, clean and fast. We will call him back for the future plumbing needs and will recommend him to our friends. Thank you Drain Com for having such a nice workers it is very rare in present time.

Leaky toilet and clogged drain
I have used Drain Com in the past - Les never disappoints. He assessed the issues, provided a reasonable quote and completed the job promptly. If you are seeking great service and a job well done - I recommend using this company!!

Basement rough in and plumbing to main floor powder room w/ new stack
We were building a main floor bathroom and basement full bath on the other side of the house from where the existing bathrooms were. Draincom sent someone over for a quote, who not only took a good look for us, he put a camera snake down the drain and marked out on our basement floor where the existing drains were for free! We only needed help doing the drain work, as I already had the tools and equipment to run the supply lines. We booked Draincom in a few days later. A delay on another job pushed back our job a day or two but once it got started they finished in 2-3 days (as estimated). The guy who did the estimate even stayed until 8 or 9pm that night to finish up some minor work to make sure they didn't have to come back the next day. These guys were having a blast, singing songs together while digging through mud. Very courteous guests in our house who covered up the floors to protect them from damage as they walked in and out. It's been 1 year and we have zero drain issues. My only complaint is that they used that red tuck tape to hold down their tarps, which left behind red marks on the floor (came off easily with some Goo Gone). Will definitely hire these guys for the next project.

Sewage smell in basement bedroon and den
There has been a pungent odour in the basement where my son essentially lives and sleeps. Tony immediately identified the source, told me that a few buckets of clean water in the drain would solve the problem, alleviate the toxic fumes. He was polite, professional and helpful. He has made me a loyal DainCom customer!!

Replacing Cracked Waste Stack
When our 100 year old cast iron waste stack cracked we called Draincom to fix it. They offered the most competitive price and sent Valentin to do the repair. To replace the pipe, they had to tear a hole in our wall to access it, but made the most minimal intrusion possible, saving us costly refinishing. The job was done quickly, with excellent workmanship. When we discovered the next day that an unforeseen complication had clogged the drain, Valentin made time to come back between jobs on his last day before going on vacation to fix the issue! Valentin’s dedication, professionalism and excellent work is the reason that we will be calling Draincom in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thanks Valentin!

Ask for Voidka!
I had Mr Voidka Sent to my house, we needed a pipe extended and rerouted to a different direction of the house. He suggested different options and got it done right, no leak no issues. It was very hot at the time but all he asked was for some water and he was back to work. Great service all around thank you.
