The main verdict first: perfect in every regard. The details: I called to request an estimate (after obtaining two others). Slava (a foreman/sales rep.) came to meet me. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative. He outlined my options CLEARLY. He answered all my questions (with no hedging). When it comes to replacing a main sewer line in a 110 years old house, there are typically many unknowns. Yet DrainCom gave me a relatively firm estimate range, covering the best, and the worst, case scenarios. DrainCom was the ONLY company that gave me an estimate range in writing. I signed with them. Slava appeared with the scope and pipe locator. He established exactly (and, in retrospect) accurately all the information the crew needed. He then gave me a final price. It was, incidentally, the lowest of three. The crew showed up in time — Alex and Tadeck — and from the first moment, we had total confidence in their competence. This crew is by far the very best I have worked with: positive, prompt, hard working, and following the codes of 'best practices' to the letter. The mess was minimal; they cleaned the work site every day before they left. The job was finished on time, and the results were excellent. DrainCom, Slava, and the crew were the very best. We highly recommend them.

Toilet got clogged over weekend and I called drain com again. Slava come in same day and did everything fast and clean !!! Highly recommend this company for all your drain and plumbing needs!!!

Draincom came to repair some damaged waterproofing around my home's foundation as part of their warranty. I needed the repair done quickly and Draincom was very cooperative and accommodating. Eugene was great and a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I had a clog in the laundry tub drain pipe. The plumbers who came to fix the problem were very professional and they did an excellent job to fix the problem. Ievgenii (a supervisor at DrainCom) was very professional, patient and explained the situation to me very clearly. My husband and I would highly recommend DrainCom to anyone who has a plumbing issue in their home.

I could not believe how professional the job was done. They had to tunnel 20 feet under my deck to install and did it in 3 days. Wow! And their price were fantastic. I am a big fan of DrainCom and would refer them to everybody I know. Well done!!!

Wonderful communication! Called two other highly rated plumbers on homestars before to try and fit my strange schedule and never heard back. I then found DrainCom and spoke to a lovely woman in the office straight away who booked me in, explained the diagnosis process and options for repair. Had a reminder call the day before and the plumber called at his allotted time range to tell me when he would be arriving. When he got there he re-explained their process making sure I was fully aware before he started. He was very nice and professional and had the problem fixed in literally minutes (though not something we would ever have found ourselves). He advised about how to repair the ceiling which was minimally damaged and even fixed a handle on our powder room toilet which was loose and all at an excellent price. I would highly recommend them. That immediate and thorough communication and the extra little bits mean I will be calling them again in future for any of our plumbing needs. I will also be recommending their service.

Draincom (Slava) underpinned our home in 2012 and put in new footings, plumbing, drains, water line, concrete floor, etc, etc in the basement. The work was excellent, they communicated well with our neighbours and kept the site very clean and safe. Great Job! In 2014, we had a leak from our toilet on the upper floor. Draincom came the next day that we called - Les explained why it was leaking, gave us 3 options on how to fix it and had it fixed within a few hours for a reasonable cost. We are very satisfied with Slava, Les, the entire underpin team and the receptionist as she too is very good at communication and responding to calls. Highly recommended. Thx, Paul in Toronto

I needed to install a Sewer Backflow Valve to have proper insurance coverage for my finished basement. Stuart arrived with a quote, did a locate and checked the sewer line down to the street. All looked good. Peter and Dylan arrived the next day to do the work. Perfect job and cleaned up properly.
