Drain Com reviews (876)

As Drain Com came highly recommended to us by a couple of work associates we decided to contract them to underpin our basement. Right from our initial meeting with Slava we were confident that we picked the right contractor. Slava, our project coordinator, outlined the whole process answered our questions and kept us informed throughout the work. He was always available to us to answer questions. Peter and his team completed the work to our total satisfaction. They were courteous, very reliable never missing a day’s work and as well the whole area was left in very good order. Some of the work had to be scheduled for a future date. Levgenii arrived at house on the scheduled day and time and completed the work as expected. We are very happy with the completed project. .

Draincom just finished waterproofing my basement.  I am so happy with the job.  I had called a bunch of companies to get as many opinions as possible.  Slava came to my home the next evening.  Draincom was very accommodating from the beginning. Slava came on site and and went straight to work diagnosing the issue and taking measurements.  He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions.  He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly with any questions.  The work was done fast and clean and now my basement is as dry as a bone!

Slava came to our home to assess a water leakage problem we had in the basement. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was happening and had a crew out the same week to do the repairs on our foundation. I have already recommended him to a few of our neighbors. I am so happy with everyone at Draincom, Thank you!

I had draincom come to my home to take a look at a foundation problem i was having. The guy's name who came was Slava. He arrived the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and explain everything clear. I had a few cracks and the grading in my yard was towards the house. The crew made sure the landscaping was left the way it was when they came. I couldn’t believe it, i thought having an excavation was going to be so disruptive, but it wasn’t at all. They cleaned up everything after themselves. I am very impressed and recommend them to everyone. Just call for estimate and you will see what i mean.

Excellent Crew, Ievgenii Kushmarak came in the same day to assess the leak and estimate which I was happy with. Ievgenni and his crew, Anatoli, Bores, and Oleg came in Two days later to do the work. They did a clean, fast, and good work. I am glad I have dealt with them and will in the future if there is a need. I highly recommend this crew.

We had water issues in our basement that required interior weeping tile and a sump pump to be installed. When the job grew to include replacing the old clay pipes, installing a new exterior drain and more than doubling the amount of weeping tile, Ievgenii gave us a very fair price. We were happy with the work that was done and any concerns we had were addressed right way by Ievgenii.

I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Robert Mayer of Draincom for several years. Robert's plumbing work is nothing short of exceptional. Not only was he able to repair plumbing issues, when others in the market couldn't, he brought a professional service that is rare. He is delightful and the personal service is second to none. We are grateful for Robert's service.

We recently had an emergency sump pump issue. Our technician Robert Mayer arrived promptly the same day. He was able to contain and fix our problem with speed and efficiency. Robert was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain the operation and details of our sump before he left. He also followed up with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. We found the price of our service and new pump to be very reasonable. Thanks again Robert. I would highly recommend your services and that of Draincom in the future. Helen

Early March I came home to a flood in the basement. With snow melting and a heavy rain a few days earlier, the water could not absorb into the frozen ground, so it found a way into the basement. DrainCom was recommended to me by a colleague at work, from the time I contacted them, until the job was done on April 2nd, I was more than satisfied. I met with Carl who gave my the estimate, which was lower than I expected. The crew of two men arrived on the scheduled day, on time. They had to dig the trench by hand, with the ground still frozen. The entire job was completed in a day and a half. These two men worked like machines, were very pleasant, and even swept the dirt off the window sills near the work site before leaving. I would absolutely recommend, without hesitation. Excellent work!!

After a difficult winter and our frustrations over a leak in our basement, our Neighbour highly recommended we call Carl at DrainCom. We called, he just happened to be near by and came right away, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining the process and answered all our questions. The price was amazing and the start date even better. The crew completing the work was extremely hardworking, courteous, professional, and worked through very cold days and one late evening to get the job completed. I highly recommend Carl and his dream team! Thank you for making this frustrating experience a pleasant one
