    Repair Laundry valves

    We had noticed a flood in our basement which was coming from the laundry room above. We contacted WaterWorks Plumbing. A friendly receptionist answered the phone and within minutes a service call was booked. Within 12 hours a service repairman was at our door exactly on time guaranteed and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. He was professional and knwoledgeable. I would highly reccomend this company for anyone needing plumbing services or rep[airs.

    Refitting outdoor faucet

    A previous contractor left us with a shoddy piping repair that continued to leak into our basement when the water was switched on. We called waterworks because we had been pleased with other work they'd done for us in the past and this time was no exception. Michael was kind, clean and courteous, and in less than 2 hours he replaced the shoddy cracked piping and left us with a greatly improved hose hookup. Great work at a fair price; highly recommend!

    Replace Faucet; fix leak

    Had a great experience with WaterWorks. Natasha was professional and friendly and arranged a timely visit; she also confirmed when Larry would be arriving and sent a photo in advance so I would recognize him. Larry was prompt; he looked at the plumbing issues immediately, gave a quote, and had the job done within 1 1/2 hrs. He replaced the kitchen faucet, but I also thought I might be getting a leak under the sink, which he addressed promptly and replaced the pipes in question and showed that the pipes were basically corroded right through and would definitely have caused major problems in the near future. Very positive experience.

    Unclog two drains

    Completely fantastic experience from booking the job with Natasha at the front desk, to getting a quote, they had fast availability... Good communication leading up to the visit, called ahead to ask if they could come early that day. GREAT advice and options from Michael the owner which saved me significant amount of money. Everything was kept clean and neat afterwards... Basically, a perfect service call!

    Install a hose Bibb

    I had the work done today. Natasha was great in scheduling, confirming and following up after the work was done. Michael did a very professional job and provided additional recommendations which was very helpful. Thank you WaterWorks Plumbing

    Kitchen faucet change

    Yes, we asked Michael to come back and change our faucet after doing such a great job last time. Great, as usual, especially since the old faucet was two hole and was seized. These new single faucets with a built in hose, the counterbalance weight, Im told needs to be adjusted, to ensure full retraction. Perfectly done. Thanks again.

    Toilet repairs

    We brought Water Works in to fix a couple of toilets including a shutoff valve replacement. At the time of booking, everything was fully explained beforehand, and Larry the technician was extremely patient with all my questions and explanations of options. He arrived fully self-contained, including welding torch, and finished much faster than I anticipated. Very professional from start to finish, I'd definitely use them again. I especially appreciated the email beforehand with the technician's name and photo so I knew who to expect at my door.

    basement exterior waterproofing

    We have had long-term problems with seepage into a back room in our basement. Having just had this room renovated, we called Waterworks to see about waterproofing. Michael's advice was completely helpful, and Victor and his crew sealed the wall, installed the membrane and weeping tile, and and cleaned up the site, efficiently and even ahead of schedule. Professional, as always.

    Detecting problem with pipes

    We have been hearing noises coming from our pipes. We explain the situation to Larry and after he checked it, he told us why it was happening and what needs to be change. He was very gentle in giving us some advices about the different alternatives that we have. I like the administrative service Natasha, who was kind to call me before Larry arrived and sent me a picture of him for security reasons.

    Water lines capped beneath sink

    Discovered that the washer and dryer hook up in my condo unit was illegal, being hooked into the plumbing beneath the kitchen sink. Had WaterWorks come for a complete estimate for under the sink. Larry came in and did an inspection under the sink, showing me everything that needed to be done. I did not have the funds for the entire job but he was happy to do just what I could afford today. Very polite and friendly, he even checked with the superintendent before soldering to ensure that there would be no issues with the heat sensors in the building. Definitely will call back when I have the money for the rest of the job.
