    Install new kitchaen faucet and Instant hot water machine

    Our builder installed a lower grade faucet that failed after a few years so my wife urged me to call in our regular on call plumber-Water Works plumbing. He installed a real beautiful victorian style kitchen faucet and new instant hot water machine.Now my wife doesnt have to wait to boil the kettle and she can make her tea in seconds almost as fast as Water Works provides service!     Kitchen Faucet "project"

    Michael and his plumbing comapny have serviced my home and business many times over the past 10 years and I feel that he has always taken good care of us.We purchased a new faucet from Water works.However when I got home I really didnt care much for the style.I ended up ordering and more stylish Kohler faucet and he cheerfully removed their faucet and installed our new faucet! I would say that it is always a pleasure to do business with the Water Works. Amie Davisville,Toronto

    Sewage ejection equipment replacement

    Our plumbing in the basement stoppped functioning.I figured out that it was the sewage ejection pump. I found Water works to be friendly and a pleasure to work with.They came by my home and assessed the problem quoted me an upfront flat rate cost from their price book which included eveything including the new pipe work and flow check valve.Everthing works super quietly and efficient now.Thanks!

    Rebuild of our Tub faucet

    Hi Everyone, i just wanted let everyone know how fantastic and great Water Works was to deal with.     Install kitchen faucet

    We called in Water Works and the job was very professionally run. I appreciated them letting me know that they were about to arrive and they emailed us a picture of the serviceman as well. Overall very pleased and will use them in the future. Anne-Marie in Etobicoke

    Plumbing/toilet repairs

    Fast efficient friendly service. Matthew was right on time, assessed the situation and took care of it with no fuss and no muss. He even went above and beyond the call of duty by helping with a non-plumbing related problem.

    No hot water!

    Last week we had no ho water so I called Enbridge and they said I would have to wait a few days for a service call.I saw the Duck Truck-that's Water works Plumbing FYI.They came in a jiffy and relit and adjusted my pilot light and lit it up.I had hot water in 1 hour.That duck is Hot!I am very pleased with te response time and their fee.Highly recommend to neighbours,friends and family.Tim S.

    faucet replacement

    job was done professionally and efficiently! The technician showed up on time and ensured and tested the installation, gave the necessary info for any follow-up if needed after the fact.

    dripping tap

    I called to have a dripping tap fixed and WaterWorks send a man within two hours. He was courteous and knowledgeable and very neat as well. He told me the price upfront so I knew how much it would cost beforehand. Thanks Josh!
