He was very professional and solved all the issues with the soft blockage in the main drain, as well as cleaning the backwater valve. I was so impressed by their professionalism and courtesy that I hired them right away. Alijah came the next day and explained that the faucet, attached to a frost-free pipe, would have to be replaced from inside the basement ceiling, which was covered with drywall. He came back the next day (this morning) with the parts he needed and finished the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The cost, for the work done, seemed reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterworks to others.Answer from pro:
