    Hot water tank clog

    Our hot water pressure throughout the house was down to a trickle. Called Waterworks and Larry arrived the next day. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. The pipes into and out of the tank were clogged. He did not try to sell us a new water tank (which was not the problem) which we appreciated. The hot water is running well again. Thank you Larry!

    Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing

    We had plumber Wesley come to our home to unblock drains and fix leaks and he completed all of the tasks to a very high standard of quality and was speedy! Wesley was also very pleasant and we would happily call him again for our plumbing needs. Daniel of Toronto

    Garburator Removal

    Had an issue with my garburator and wanted to get rid of it. Read some great reviews for Water Works. Glad I called. Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Thank you!

    toilet replacement

    From the time Waterworks was initially contacted to the time the project was completed, everything was handled in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Michael was great and definitely went beyond what would normally be expected from such a visit. I would highly recommend him and his company and will use his services in the future.

    drain pipe leak in the basement

    I called WaterWorks because I was really concerned with the leak in my basement. It was a problem that started in January which was fixed by a handy man but it resurfaced couple of weeks ago. i wanted a permanent solution this time. Having read these reviews encouraged my to call this company. I must stay I remained skeptic until today when Michael and Wesley showed up. I was impressed by is friendly demeanor and straight forward approach. He was up front with his cost. A bit pricey in my opinion. He told me he sees these issues fairly regularly. Michael explained what is needed and they got to it immediately. The entire process took him close to an hour. The problem was fixed. (hopefully permanently). Michael lowered his price a bit considering how much time it took. That I appreciate. I am relieved that it was handled by someone professional.Having worked in service industry myself, i feel these gentlemen deserve 10/10 otherwise, these days you cannot find good professional service. I will use use his services again. Good Job Waterworks.

    Shower valve replacement

    Michael and his assistant arrived and promptly diagnosed and provided a quote to replace my shower valve. The cost was higher than expected however the job was completed in 30 minutes and Michael also offered to install the new trim kit which was greatly appreciated. Overall very happy with the service.

    Bathroom Leak, Water Line and Faucet Installation

    Michael and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time. They were polite and friendly. I was impressed that they put on shoe covers so as not to track dirt into our home. They detailed the work to be done, giving options and were very careful not to pressure me into signing anything I wasn't comfortable with. The work was done expertly and efficiently. I felt that they took their time to do the job well. They left their card and contact info if any follow-up was required. While their prices were above the average, in my opinion, this was a job well done!!!

    Leaky Toilet

    Called Waterworks and Larry came to assess the situation. He provided us with a description of the problem and we scheduled a day for the repairs. Problem was fixed with no mess to clean up. Prompt and professional service!

    Leaky toilet and faucet

    Outstanding service. Prompt and courteous, they fixed both of our leaks in one visit, explained options, worked quickly, left zero mess, and did a great job. Would use again without hesitation.

    Sink replacement

    I hired Waterworks to replace two undermount sinks. The job was completed in two visits. They were excellent. The process was easy and they were great to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
