    Home Inspection

    My husband found Vahn by reading several reviews online. We were so pleased that we decided to go with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He inspected every square inch of our house and explained everything along the way. His report was very informative, detailed and easy to read. We were so pleased with his house inspection that we would recommend him to all our family and friends. I sent his report to a contractor and even he commented on the quality of his work. He exceeded our expectations and we now feel at ease making the biggest purchase of our lives.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    Vahn was recommended by someone who had used his services previously. He appeared very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings while at the house. In addition the report was very comprehensive and helpful. I am not one to write reviews however, in the email attached to the reports was the statement "As part of my service, I offer free consulting by telephone or email for as long as you own the home. If you have any questions about home maintenance and repair, I would be glad to help." Taking advantage of this offer i have emailed Vahn for help on a couple of issues and his response has been prompt, professional and helpful. The combination of the inspection, inspection report and post-inspection support have given me reason to provide this review and associated rating.

    Home Inspection

    We had a home inspector booked however, due to a medical issue, he had to cancel on us last minute. We contacted Vahn who was able to come last minute and on a holiday! He was extremely detailed and took time to thoroughly explain all the issues found and answer any and all of our questions. We found him to be very knowledgeable, hardworking, detail oriented and friendly. The 114 page report provided afterwards was highly informative and full of pictures. As a nice added touch, we really appreciate that Vahn offers consulting by phone or email if any questions arise after the inspection. He definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend. Thanks for everything Vahn!

    Home Inspection

    From the initial call Vahn was not only patient and helpful in answering all my questions, but extremely informative on helpful tips to ensure our home inspection was done thoroughly. I called some of the other top ranked home inspectors on Home Stars but I found them very abrupt and impatient with me when I asked questions. Vahn came in and walked us through each portion of the house taking 4 hours to conduct an extremely thorough review. I would highly recommend Vahn anytime.

    Home Inspection

    I would say that Vahn went over and above with what I expected in a home inspection. Vahn invited us to follow him through the whole process. It was an eye opener and we learned a lot. Not only did we get a thorough report, It was much more extensive than we would have imagined. Very soon after the inspection, he provided us with 82 detailed pages with LOTS of pictures of OUR home, not examples of somebody else's home. He also followed up with me letting me know that I could contact him at any time in the future with questions for the life of my home ownership. Vahn is professional, courteous, personable and makes it easy to understand issues. Thank you Vahn. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

    Home Inspection

    I am 100% satisfied with the home inspection provided by Vahn Balabanian from Solex Group. I chose Vahn based on perfect 10/10 reviews, his credentials, his experience and the thoroughness of his website. I selected the Extended Home Inspection with a full thermal scan and it was worth every penny for the added peace of mind. He is very knowledgeable and he encouraged me to ask questions. His detailed report with photographs allowed me to go back to the seller and ask for a price reduction due to some plumbing issues and electrical issues. Vahn loves his work and he is committed to protecting his clients while they make the largest purchase of their life. Thank you, Vahn, for helping me and my children.

    Home Inspection

    We have heard horror stories about the home inspections, but the experience we had with Vahn was wonderful. He was very punctual, professional, courteous and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding the inspection. He provided me with continuous feedback as he inspected each area of the house, so I was constantly informed about the condition of the property I was purchasing. Vahn's report (which is 93 pages) contains detail information regarding the condition of the house as well his recommendations; which I find very helpful. I am impressed with Vahn's service, and I will sure recommend him to my friends and family.

    home inspection

    Vahn is as personable and professional as they come.  From the moment my inspection started Vahn made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision in home inspectors.  Any questions I had were answered in detail, and confidence.  Very thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects and nothing was left to question.  I would be extremely confident in recommending Vahn to anyone in need of a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    It was a good choice to hire Vahn. The job done was thorough, and the time dedicated was fair for the amount of money you need to pay for this type of service. The report generated the following day was very detailed and helpful. Vahn was generous with extra help and suggestions for correcting the issues he found. I would recommend Solex Group if you are buying a house rather than getting an inspector through the Realtor so you get an independent, impartial and neutral opinion.

    Home Inspection

    We found Vahn online and read many reviews. Vahn addressed our concerns and gave detailed answers to our questions in a twenty minutes phone call which made us decide to hire him for a home inspection last week. Vahn was very knowledgeable, detail oriented while focusing on those major issues. He also explained to us what/where are the major issues and the corresponding solutions/fixes as well as house maintenance tips. We were deeply impressed by his professionalism and commitment of delivering a 80+ pages report on the same day, and prompt response to our post-inspection questions. Thanks a lot Vahn! We would highly recommend Solex Group Home Inspections to the family and friends.
