    First-time Home Buyer House Inspection

    Being first-time home buyers, both my partner and I were dead set on finding the best home inspector and were referred to Vahn through word of mouth. We didn't know what to expect and to be quite frank, we thought it would be a quick inspection with a brief rundown on what to fix however we were surprised when we found out that the inspection would take 2.5 hours! During the inspection, we found Vahn to be professional, informative and educational as he took the time to explain everything thoroughly (which justified and made the 2.5 hours go by quickly). He gave us an unbiased inspection throughout, recommending tips and tricks on how to maintain and fix up different items with our best interest in mind. After the inspection, we received a full in-depth report the following morning with a breakdown of everything Vahn mentioned during the inspection alongside images and resources to further assist us. Thank you Vahn for making our first home inspection a pleasant experience by being so friendly, professional and informative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend everyone to seek Vahn out for their home inspection needs and will be recommending Solex Group to my friends and family without a doubt

    Inspection on first home!

    Vahn took enough time to guide us in terms of knowing the property. We already purchased our first home without inspection when market was hot. As a first time home owner we wanted to know about house and what are the things we need to look for when we might face any issue in near future. He was being very patient and took his time to make sure we will understand (English is not our first language). We found some immediate issues that we need to work on and I feel great that now we know what is our next step will be. Highly recommending Vahn!!!

    Home Inspection

    Vahn offered highly professional services, was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. When reporting about any issues found during the inspection he was very unbiased and provided quality feedback on how to go about fixing/resolving the issues. I would highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    I would recommend Solex Group for Home Inspection to anyone who purchase a home in future. Inspector Vahn was friendly and professional. He went into every detail, explaining things and also make sure that I understand what need to be taken care off. He answered each and every question I had. He was not in rush, he took his time to go around and captured all the details and pictures. His report was in detail with all pictures he has taken. Because he explained in detail, the report is very much easy to go through. He is reasonably priced and very flexible in scheduling even on weekends.

    Home Inspection - Vahn was amazing and I would use him again

    My wife and I used Vahn for our home inspection and we were very impressed. He showed up on time. Actually early. He provided a lot of valuable information and explained the inspection thoroughly. I have no hesitation on recommending his services. We also got the thermal scan and it was amazing to see behind the walls. I would highly recommend you get that service. He was a pleasure to deal with and he provided us with a full report with pictures and explanations within 24 hours.

    Extremely happy with service!

    We are extremely satisfied with Vahn's home inspection. He was thorough and took his time to explain his findings to us in a way we'd easily understand. Everything he pointed out was later recorded in his written report, which arrived promptly. We'd recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, expert service.

    Highly recommended!

    Vahn's customer service is superb. He explained things very thoroughly, willing to answer any questions that came up and recommended regular maintenance activities for the HVAC system which was very helpful. The report was very thorough too. I won't hesitate to refer Solex to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.

    New house

    We just completed our home inspection with Solex Group. I decided to go with Solex Group based on the reviews that were written here on Google. He was courteous, professional and very responsive. Vahn was on time on the day of inspection. Inspection was thorough and he provided additional information to us. He took his time and did not rush. Our inspection was scheduled for the morning. Completed by half past noon and we received our inspection without any delay. I highly recommend his services.

    Educational Home Inspection (with thermal imaging)

    I highly recommend Vahn of Solex Group to anyone needing a home inspection. The entire process from the quote, booking, inspection, and report was completed seamlessly. Vahn is patient, doesn't rush through the process, is very thorough, takes the time to answer any questions and educates.
