Parma Cleaning provided exceptional service. We needed white carpet cleaned and were convinced that we would just have to replace the carpet. Thanks to Parma clearning we saved $2,000 from replacing the carpet. Service is excellent and we felt we received top quality attention to our cleaning needs.

This review is long overdue since the service was completed in August 2010. We were looking for a good, affordable carpet cleaning company and we had a very pleasant experience with Parma Cleaning. Taylor was very professional, courteous and friendly from the first contact. He worked tirelessly to clean some extremely dirty rugs and carpets and got out more dirt and stains than we had expected. When we called Taylor about a spot that we noticed on one of the newly cleaned rugs, he was very pleasant and courteous about the situation, and promptly came to the house to rectify the problem. We were very happy with the service that Parma Clean provided and we will definitely use this company again and recommend it to all our friends.

I was moving into a new condo where only one room had carpet. I asked Taylor to come in to steam clean the carpet since I have a cat. The carpet in the room was pink and because there was only a small window, I thought it was quite clean. Taylor came to inspect the carpet and thoroughly explained everything in detail and answered any questions before he started to work. Turns out the carpet was more soiled than expected. He made sure that I knew the condition of the carpet, taught me how to look at the dirty spots and how he was going to clean the carpet. After Taylor cleaned the carpet, it turned out to be a beige color! Even though I underestimated the work required for this carpet cleaning job, Taylor was very pleasant about it. He was friendly and cheerful throughout and I felt very comfortable with his professional service and that his cleaning supplies would be safe for my cat. I would recommend him to all that need professional carpet cleaning services with reasonable prices.

I was looking for a good cleaning company to work with, than i found TY. He did an amaizing job to clean every thing at my house. We are very satisfied with TY, we would recomend this company to every one.

Taylor came to my house today steamed and cleaned and sanitized my carpets and my sofa. Even though he said he was short a man the job was completed in two hours. Ty was able to clean my very dirty carpet in about an hour. Overall satisfied with the job he did. The carpet was white berber, which is about the hardest carpet there is to clean, but he got the job done.

Work was done about 2 months ago. He was pleasant, quick and best of all was able to accommodate my last minute timeline. Carpets look great, and I am very satisfied with the work.

I hired Ty to do a carpet cleaning of a new house I was moving into. What a job! The previous tenants had had many pets over the years and the carpets had never been cleaned. They were filthy! Ty came over, investigated everything, and told me honestly which carpets were clean and which needed the most work. He did an incredible job getting out the hair, dirt and stains that had been left behind. The carpets look fabulous now! Ty was professional and great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I will certainly be working with him again in the future!
