Had relatives over and their child made an absolute mess of our carpets, so we decided to fully clean them since its been a while since their last cleansing. Proceeded to look up well regarded carpet cleaning services and found Parma Cleaning. Called them up and got extremely quick and professional call back to discuss dates. Came right on time, was polite and did their job efficiently and at nothing less than a fair price. Would happily recommend or call again in case anymore cleaning is required.

I received the phone number for Parma Cleaning from my Mother. I called them to clean carpet in two rooms in my house and carpeting on my stairs. I initially left a voice message and was called back promptly to set up a time and date for the carpet cleaning to take place. The quality of the cleaning was excellent my carpets look brand new! I was very happy with the response time and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend and use Parma Cleaning again in the future.

I made the mistake of using a Chem Dry cleaner a couple of years ago - learing half-way through the appointment that the method doesn't extract dirt, it just oxidises it and grinds it into the carpet, Then the last two annual cleanings were steam clean methods to undo the damage and get rid of the now ground in dirt and chemicals. While very satisfied with last years's company, Ty at Parma Cleaning did a better job for less. He wasn't satisfied until he did all he could with stubborn areas and the results are very impressive. The carpet he had to work with was a light coloured Berber nearly 20 years old and there's no way anyone would guess that now.

Incredible service and great result. We have cream carpet in the whole home and there were some pretty bad stains and Parma got rid of all of them carpets look brand new. Mr Burlington was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Parma, Basil

Ty did a fantastic job again. We called him to come in on very short notice, after our dog had several accidents all over the upstairs carpets. He re-arranged his schedule to accommodate ours and came in and got the carpets back to immaculate condition. They are so white, we cannot believe that they are almost 8 years old. They look brand new! He cleaned every corner and every space and worked tirelessly to get all the stains out. Thank you Ty and Avi for the wonderful job you did. Dave

Once again Ty has done an amazing job. The broadloom sparkles and the cat smell is gone from the furniture. He was quick and very clean as always. I'll be calling him next year for sure!
