I called Ty at Parma Cleaning and his staff came out very quickly to clean my hall and living room carpets. They got rid of all the stains and did a good job and were very professional. I recommend them.

Called this company to have them come and clean my carpet. They came within 2 days (on his day off) and did an excellent job. He also cleaned for free my 2 hallway carpets. AMAZING SERVICE !!

I used Parma Cleaning on the recommendation of a family member. I had a chair, loveseat and sofa that had been well used by small childrean and dogs alike. Ty arrived promptly and set to work. When he was finished, the furniture looked like new and smelled amazing. It was well worth the price. He also spot cleaned some carpets free of charge. I would highly recommend Parma's services.

I decided to call Ty after reading all the positive reviews on HomeStars. Ty gave me a quote right away on the phone and scheduled me for 3 days later. I am so happy with the results. Ty was conscientious, professional and worked incredibly hard to get out even the most stubborn dirt and stains. My beige area rug that has taken a big beating from young children and countless spills looks brand new. I would definitely use Parma Cleaning again! Thank you, Ty! We replaced the carpet in our home approximately 15 years ago, and in hindsight should probably not have chosen a pale cream colour. we had a number of carpet cleaning companies in every 18 months or so, but the results were never totally satisfying. Due to some renovations, family illness etc., we have not had the carpets cleaned for almost 4 years. Based on the reviews we found here, we scheduled Ty to clean our carpets before Christmas. We have never been happier. The stains in the high traffic area between the kitchen and the deck have disappeared, the pile on the stairs has been cleaned, brushed and lifted. Ty was very professional, explained the steps needed in each area depending on the amount of dirt and stains. He never rushed and frequently asked us to check his progress and tell him if we were happy with the progress being made. Ty was very forthright and personable and was a real pleasure to have in our home. We feel we received real value for the cost. We will definitely have Ty and Parma cleaning back and maintain the good look of our carpets.

Ty was wonderful to deal with and did a superior job. Our 16 year old carpet looks and feels like new! For the work they do, the price is very fair.
