I had 2 rooms of wall to wall cream colour carpet with two sets of stairs and 4 area rugs all in light colours...some pet stains that I had tried unsuccessfully to remove...Taylor worked hard for me and takes real pride in his work...Friendly, professional. The carpets and rugs came out like new. Very satisfied.

We called Ty while we were shopping around for quotes. He returned out call promptly, scheduled us in - even though he was fully booked and was very reasonable with his pricing. He showed up on time to do the carpet cleaning and did a fantastic job. Our carpets were full of pet stains, makeup stains and generally weren't their cleanest...but by the time Ty was finished, they were like new - they didn't even look this good when we first moved into the house. We will recommend Parma Cleaning to anybody needing their carpets cleaned...Ty truly did an excellent job.

Had a very dirty carpet with high traffic areas burning a trail in the pile. Ty came over and unleashed the "Machine" that is only meant for one thing: serious carpet scrubbing!! He followed it up with steam cleaning and the results were better than I could have hoped to imagine. (Multiple buckets of black water!!!) I will be calling him back before the holidays. Thanks Ty!

This was a rush job and though all his workers were booked Ty came out personally and did an amazing job on some stubborn pet stains as well as a grease stain. Ty went above and beyond duty, by doing little extras that were not included in the original quote such as mats and runners. He was punctual, gracious and ultra efficient. When Ty left our carpet was better than new. I will recommend Parma Cleaning to anyone interested.

My carpets had not been cleaned for a few years, had some older stains on them which when previous cleaned had not been fully removed and now they look like new. Ty did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend him.

Ty was great and the rug cleaning went very well. I would certainly recommend him to others (I have already) and would certainly have him back. Over the years I have had rug cleaners and I would say that the Parma Cleaning was the best.

We had our entire house wall to wall carpets cleaned when we moved into our next home - the carpets ended up a lighter color as they were so dirty - we were shocked at the dirt but so happy with the great job Taylor (Ty) did. We also had him do a few large rugs and he did a fantastic job on those as well. I'd highly recommend him.

Moving into a new house, there were a few surprises on the carpets after the previous owners moved their furniture out. Thinking the cost for cleaning was going to be high; I called around for a few quotes. Ty was the only one to promptly call me back and meet my 2 day deadline before the movers were to deliver our stuff. We needed the second floor including den and master bedroom and third floor carpets cleaned. Down to every-day wear, the carpets were stained and marked. Ty lectured me on how good the quality of our carpets were and made me promise to take care of them in the future! His work was exceptional, bringing the carpets to the colour I am sure they were when purchased. All the stains were removed and deoderized. Ty did a great job, was fast, professional, and his price couldn't be beat. No quesiton, we'll have him back to do the basement and recommend to our friends and neighbours.

Ty came to our place on Saturday to clean our micro-suede sectional and an area rug. He did a wonderful job at getting out all spots and grime. I was concerned the micro-suede may show water marks or other problems but it turned out beautifully. I am very pleased. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again in the future. His price was also quite reasonable.
