Tye cleaned everything at an exceptional price with much effort and efficiency.. same as last time. He was humble. Thanks a lot and we will call him again! Out carpets were very dirty...so dirty and anyone would've taken a lot of money for it...but he did it for so less! I'd recommend you to give him a call!

We called up Parma Cleaning and they responded quickly. Ty was very thorough and professional and I know that he put in a lot more time than what he was charging for. He said customer satisfaction was the most important thing to him and I'm a believer. I highly recommend him.

After calling Ty and inquiring about his carpet cleaning services, he explained everything in detail, and made sure I was well informed on his company and services. He did a great job of cleaning our two biggest rooms upstairs and adjoining hallway. He was able to remove some dark stains we were'nt sure would come out, but he did it! Thanks for a job Ty, we will use your company in the future.

We have carpet in the basement that was ten years old, it is a full rec room as well as a spare bedroom, and came all the way up stairs. It had a red wine stain along with many other stains, once Parma Cleaning was finished they were ALL GONE! I was truly AMAZED... The customer service was exceptional, and the overall job was fantastic. I am thrilled with our brand new looking carpets, and I would recommend Parma to anyone looking to get Carpet Cleaning.

We got service before from Parma Cleaning and were very satisfied.It is really nice to see the quality of the work is not changed. Only thing was they are so busy so, it was not as easy as before to schedule.

After 3 hours of cleaning a dog urine infested carpet, I was quite impressed in the quality and dedication to his work. I only wish I would have called him sooner. Highly recommended and very punctual.
