    Windows replaced in entire home and two sliding doors installed

    We were very pleased with the service provided by House Smart. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. The installers were organized, efficient, and professional. Our son was very ill the morning they arrived; they accommodated us by installing the window in his room first so that he could get back to bed. The entire project took less than two days and the windows, doors and trims look great!

    New Furnace installation

    I called Brian when my furnace broke down and he helped me out immediately. He was very prompt in response and provided me with all the options that was there. He didn't push me at all to buy the expensive one, which I thought was great. The installers are very friendly and nice people too. Very professional and best of all cleaned up after themselves. Overall I had a good experience. I'd definitely recommend others about House Smart.

    New Windows

    We moved into a mobile home over the summer and had most of the windows replaced, the others had been done previously. We are very happy with the service we received from Greg as well as the installers. The windows have helped keep the heat in (or out) and have cut the noise down. Thank you to House Smart!

    Windows and front door

    We had all the windows and the front door replaced with new energy-efficient glazing in November2016. The installation crew were very professional and skillful and cleaned up after themselves. It also is much quieter as the design & insulation of the new product shuts out much outside noise like wind and driving rain. Thanks HOUSE SMART.

    Window installations

    I found this company by Google. Very professional, friendly and helpful company. I have got my answers to all of my questions. Bonita, whom I talked through the phone was very helpful and clear. The installer name Stephen was very helpful in explaining things as he was performing. I am very glad and happy with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Awesome Window and door renos

    Had our windows and patio doors done by House Smart after they were recomended to us by our contractor as well as friends who had them out for their Reno. Friendly helpful staff, super competitive pricing, great install team and full warranties on parts and labour. We look forward to contacting house smart when we are ready for our next round of renos !

    Windows & patio door replacement

    Installed all new energy-efficient windows. The home retains heat far better and is much quieter with modern design & construction which shuts out much outdoor noise from late autumn wind & rainstorms, etc. . Installation crew were skilled, courteous, efficient and tidy. Great job crew!

    Furnace removal and installation

    I am very happy with the process from start to finish.The install crew was professional ,tidy and efficient.Any questions I had were answered quickly.Follow up was excellent.Would definitely recommend to others.

    Remove and replace furnace

    I love my new furnace,it works very well in the summer for cooling air.This is my first winter with it, but great so far for heat.The workers were fast and courteous.They even took the time, to show me how to work and set my thermostat.

    Window/door Replacement

    The group at HSHI are very professional, clean, and efficient. We replaced 16 windows and the front door. From the time they came out to quote to the completion of the job, everything was handled very well and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone and feel very confident in doing so.
