    Patio sliding glass door

    Overall my experience with the entire process of the installation of my patio door was excellent. The entire House Smart team are professional and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

    Windows Replacement and Installed a dehumidifier in one of the baths

    This is my second time dealing with House Smart. The first time I got them to replace my furnace, install heat pump, and install the sliding door facing the sun deck. This time they replaced all my windows. The sales rep came one evening and explained the product and demonstrated how the product works with samples. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. On the installation date, the installers came on time. They worked over 6 hours to replace 14 windows. After the installation, one of the installers did a walk-around and explained the work done. He also informed me on the potential problems on the house that may need to be looked at soon. Overall they did a great job!

    Furnace Replacement

    It is just one year since we had the Goodman furnace installed and it kept us comfortable, even though we had the worst winter in many years. The installers really knew what they were doing [I am a retired Gas Fitter] and I would recommend them.

    Project and product

    We are extremely pleased with this company. They arrived on time, were very friendly and exicuted the job on a very timely manor. They made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion and then did a walk around explains was was done. Would I recommend absolutely.

    replace all windows and sliding door

    brian did very well explaining the process and cost. i changed all my bath fans due to his suggestions. the installations was fast and professional. all done in one day. everything was cleaned before they left. i highly recommend them.

    Windows

    Very good customer service the technician did a awesome clean up job and I didn't haft to worry at work . I would recommend the company to my friends and family

    Furnace and Water Tank

    Very Professional and Hardworking! When my wife called the House smart Improvements, they will answer your call right away! Highly recommended for those who wants to upgrade their furnace and hot water tanks!

    Windows, Patio Doors and Furnace

    Our duplex was 40 years old and our fortis bill was significantly high. We finally decided to invest in changing our windows, patio doors and furnace. This was 7 years ago, we had 3 quotations and our best experience was with HSHI. Their price were right in the middle of 3 but it was more the knowledge and honesty of their salesman Brian White. He was very patient with all our questions, he knew what he was talking about and he offered us options to fit our budget. Most importantly, he explained really well about the rebate program and their in house finance program without pressure. This result in Brian also receiving business from the other side owner of our duplex lot! The outcome was so worth it. Our fortis bill decreased by 50%, our whole duplex has new face-lift with the new windows and patio doors installed and we have a very efficient running furnace! The reason I decided to write them a review after 7 years is because I find their customer service level excellent. Just recently we may have a warranty issue and their customer service remains excellent. It is so important to find a company that treats their existing old customers just like new clients. This being said, we highly recommend HSHI!

    windows whole house

    we chose to purchase new windows on our 40 yr house and we're looking for a company we could trust and would provide a quality product. after quotes from 3 other company,We did some research and decided to choose Home Smart Home . Greg the saleman was very professional and patient . randy the head installer and his crew were very professional. install was professional and was done right. We are very happy with the results and the quality of the product and the install. Would recommend them to others.

    replacement of all windows in my hom

    I am very happy with the all new windows and the install, especially Stephen and his team. I was impressed with Stephen for redoing one of the patio windows because of the fact it was not fitting properly due the settling of the building. He did not have to inform me but he did. The end result looks great. This shows that he cared about doing the job right.
