    windows & patio door

    Very enjoyable experience, the estimator was well versed and had all the answers to my question, there was no pressure and i had time to do research and make my commitment. The workers were on time and worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. We had a slight problem with the patio door installation but they sent someone over and fixed it right away without any additional costs. I had a wonderful experience.

    Windows

    We had fast, efficient service with great customer service! We have a lot of windows and couldn't believe how fast they were done. They look beautiful and our bills are decreasing!

    Full window replacement

    I was in the market to replace my original single pane aluminum windows. Sick and tired of wet mildewy window sills and condensation on the glass. I recieved a flyer in the mail from housemart with a discount on it so I decided to call and make an appointment. When I met Jason their sales manager he was well knowledged in the window products they sell and began to school me. After seeing the product and having the info from Jason, I had pretty much had made up my mind on going with them. The pricing was better than another quote I received on a far inferior product. On a rainy cold day in Dec. Cory and his crew showed up to re and re the windows. They were amazing at what they do,they work like clockwork.I watched and he answered any question I had about what was going on and they completed the whole job (13 windows) in about 6 hours, Fully installed and mess cleaned up he went over a checklist with me and they were on there way. They did a awesome job, the windows look great and the house is so much warmer. The difference in the noise reduction is also unreal. I have already had a neighbor come over and check into who did them because he was so impressed. So I guess quality and workmanship can sell them self, he be giving you a call soon Jason.     High eff force air furnace

    I received excellent client service from Brian W. for my furnace and hot water tank upgrades. He was very efficient and detailed in the quotes and responded to questions promptly. Will definite recommend.

    windows replacement

    we had windows replaced on the whole house.Work was done on time and on budget .We are very pleased with quality and warranty,and will definitely considered house smart for any future work

    Replacement of Hot Water Tank and Furnace

    I first heard of House Smart through Homestar's website, I read all the amazing reviews and decided to call them to replace my water tank and furnace. From the sales person to the install, the service was amazing!! The quality of their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend House Smart.

    Windows replacement

    We were very pleased with them first time and asked to do work for us again. They came on time when they promised, professional, quick and cleaned work site after finishing. Would recommend them to anyone.

    windows

    House Smart did our windows all 27 of them,I had a problem with two of them after 7 years ...they came back to fix the problem which I appreciated no if's or buts....happy with my windows and the company.

    Windows and Patio doors

    House Smart Home Improvements replaced most of the windows and patio doors in our home. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the installation, the quality of the workmanship and the performance of the product. We are please with the whole look and finish of the products

    windows

    We went with House Smart for a few reasons, mainly the warranty and their reputation for a good product. I've been happy with them, no drafts or anything else, the windows are Great and the service was as well. I would highly recommend House Smart again.
