    BBQ Repair

    We had a gas leak in our BBQ and it turned out to be a rotted out supply hose which the technician changed out during the service call. Great prompt service and not expensive.

    BBQ cleaning

    I had a BBQ which was used for 4 years without a really deep cleaning and then was left for a full year without being touched. I contacted BBQ Pro. From the first contact, they were professional and knowledgeable. The BBQ technician (Matt) arrived on time, was polite and very conscientious. Unfortunately, when he was working he noted one side of the lid handle had cracked. Matt reported it to me and to his company. They ordered a new piece and repaired the handle at no cost within 2 weeks. I am very impressed with the quality of work that was done: they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. My BBQ looks and works great!

    Barbeque cleaning

    Technician was a bit later than requested. He worked hard and did a good job although a bit messy to his surrounding.

    BBQ Cleaning

    My old BBQ has been cleaned by BBQ for years now and looks and acts new. Appointments are easy to make, you don't need to be home and the BBQ will sparkle.

    Bbq cleaning

    Entire bbq was cleaned to perfection. The gentleman who did the work was punctual, friendly and professional.

    Barbeque Cleaning

    Was well done, looks like new almost except for the rust unfortunately, otherwise, I'm very happy. Will be coming back once the bbq looks the same again, and needs cleaning.

    Barbeque cleaning

    We had our barbeque professionally cleaned by Barbeque Pro. Although it was well cleaned on the first visit, we found that the lid was not closing properly and a second visit had to be scheduled to fix that problem. Even more important than the fact that we now have a clean barbeque is the fact we got no argument when we contacted them about the problem, and a visit was scheduled promptly and everything was fixed to our satisfaction. That level of customer service is rare and appreciated.

    BBQ Cleaning

    My old Weber Bbq was still working but looked gross. The bbq Pros showd up on time and did the work ad advertised. Bbq now looks great, and works great. They made a recommendation about the worn away grills which I have since replaced. Beats buying a new bbq. They did the work on site, cleaned up and overall a very good experience.

    Barbecue - like new

    My barbecue reflected the fact that not everyone cleans up after cooking as well as mom. Not grilling optimally, grill not coming clean with brushing... I researched a few places and came back to Barbecue Pro - their price was competitive, their booking process superior. This service extended to the person who came and did the work, on time, looks great, and more importantly....looks like a surface you could eat off of! I refered two friends after showing off my "like new" barbecue.
