Nice guy came to do the job. Friendly, efficient srvice and the BBQ looked brand new!! A miracle as it was a very dirty BBQ. Now it's functioning well and works like a charm!

Update 2 (July 22) - A technician just showed up one day without any communication or warning. Luckily we were home - or he wouldn't have had the power cord for the BBQ, and would have had to come back again. The technician replaced the damaged igniters and tested all the replacments. Technician did a good job. BBQ Pro has very poor customer service, and communicates very poorly. Given my experience, I would not be comfortable recommending them. They also invoiced me for the replacement parts without any warning or discussion. I wonder if their communication skills will miraculously improve when they realize payment is not forthcoming? Update - I asked BBQ Pro for a refund on the cleaning so I could pay another company to come and repair my BBQ. No response from BBQ Pro. July 8, 2016 Had them clean my BBQ in late April 2016. After cleaning I noticed that some of the igniters were no longer working. I contacted the company - they sent a tech to look at the BBQ in early May. Tech and Operations Manager both said they would order parts and fix it. It's now mid-June 2016 and i've tried to chase down the company to come fix the BBQ with no success. Looks like it may never happen. It's too bad the credit card payment went through so quickly after the cleaning, or I would have withheld/disputed it. The cleaning job was decent, and I would have considered hiring them again, but they broke my BBQ. Bottom line - They got my igniters too wet on our FireMagic and broke them, and they aren't making a honest effort to repair them. Think twice before hiring BBQ Pro - especially if you have an expensive BBQ.

Floyed arrive at 9:30 as scheduled, informed us that he will start work. When he was done he, knocked at the door and informed us that he is done. He was very profession and courteous. He cleaned the work area and put the cover back on the BBQ. Most definitely we will use Barbeque Pro next year.

the technician transformed our bbq to looking almost brand new. We are very pleased with the results. Will not hesitate to use Barbeque Pro services in the future. The entire process from booking the appointment to making payment was seamless.

BBQ Pro did a fantastic job cleaning my BBQ. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and the wait time to get an appointment was very reasonable - in my case 10 days. BBQ Pro also sent appointment confirmations by email and reminder follow up emails. They showed up at the designated time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and left the work area very clean. My BBQ had a lot of grease and build up from 2 years. It also had a lot of rust stains on the outer body of the BBQ. After the job was completed, about 90% of rust stains were removed and the grill was surprisingly very fresh and clean. I did not expect such a positive outcome with the amount of grease/dirt that had built up. I would use BBQ Pro on a yearly basis. The cost was reasonable. Thank you BBQ Pro Ruth ( Toronto )

Bbq pro cleaners did a very detailed cleaning of our Bbq. I have used them over the past few years and have come to rely on a consistent reliable and excellent job.

The tech worked hard and did a great job. Good to have a gleaming new-like (and safe) BBQ. Just a couple of comments to improve the service. 1. Check the work carefully. The tech forgot the bottom (but when I noticed, he gave it a quick brush). I didn't notice that the upper rack was not done. It still sits there rusty. 2. On the website (and on the phone) I was told the tech carries parts for common BBQs. I needed a new thermometer on my common BBQ. Tech did not carry parts. Overall, a good job.

I saw BBQ PRO on YOUTUBE. I filled out the form online and John contacted me a short time later. John clearly explained the service and cost. The day of the service ... BBQ PRO service team member arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. My Weber Gen looks amazing and would use BBQ PRO again. I am now ready to grill. Thanks a million!!
