Delroy was able to come within an hour of my call and diagnosed the issue causing the build up of ice in the freezer right away. He explained what his repair was doing, and was able to repair everything within an hour which included moving the fridge out of a tight spot, removing the freezer door, and trays (which were a challenge to replace!), removing a back panel, and de-icing the backed-up condensation drainage. Friendly repair. Highly recommend.

Came same day I called to look at washer that wasn't draining and dishwasher that wasn't cleaning well on the top rack. Showed me how he fixed the washer drain issue so we could fix it again ourselves if the problem occurs again. Looked at the dishwasher and suggested ways to try to fix the issue ourselves. Friendly and helpful.

Delroy came the next day after our washer broke and wouldn't go through its rinse cycle. After his arrival he fixed it quickly and was able to identify the problems immediately. Polite and personable, I wish I could rate him 11!

The dryer tumbled clothes, but did not dry them. After searching on Homestars I found Delroy. I called and explained the problem and he was able to diagnosis the possible problem. Once he received the model nuber, he got the parts before coming to the house. He was professional, helpful and on time. After the fix he offered a few suggestions to make my machien function properly. Will definitely use him again if needed and will refer his services to others.

At the first call, Delroy was on the job the same day. Repairs were done on time and at reasonnable price.. He always kept me informed. Delroy is easy going, meticulous and in good spirit. I will recommend him.

Arrived on time, was polite and kind to me and the kids. From talking to him over the phone, he was able to bring a part he might need, just in case. I appreciated that he trusted his many years of experience to bring the part instead of confirming the problem first, and then needing to order a part and do a repeat visit, that would mean the fix could have been delayed and because of the repeat trip to the house, more money. My kids liked hearing Delroy sing in the laundry room while he worked (btw, he's a good singer!). He was able to confirm his thoughts about what wasn't working, but checked some other potential problems just in case. And although I don't want anything to break in the house, I'm confident that I have someone I can call to fix it! Thanks Delroy!!!!

Delroy identified the problem quickly, ordered a part, returned within a couple of days and repaired quickly and reliably. thankyou Delroy followup on this door problem: He did think he had fixed it, but in 2 weeks it stopped working, and i had to chase him to return to my house to fix it properly. he would not set a time to come, he wanted to come when he could, i needed an appt. so we were not ever able to connect again. TIMING and SETTING APPTS is his downfall, not his actual work.(2013-edited) following this I had an issue with my ice maker. another repair person, whom I would never refer you to, told me it would be between $500-$600 to fix it. Delroy fixed it faster, and neater for $240.00. ITs functioning beautifully. Again, thankyou Delroy

Delroy is competent, kind and fast. He'll get to the bottom of whatever is wrong with your appliance and fix it as quickly as possible. We've used him three or four times over the last few years and he has always arrived promptly and always resolved the problem. Some small points for improvement: He is sometimes a little rough on the surrounding walls or structures while getting access to machines; he isn't the cheapest around; he is so fast that he doesn't always take the time to listen to the particularities of your machine.

Delroy was great!! when I called and explained that i needed a new heating element he researched and found out how much the part was going to cost and called me back. When he arrived he was able to fix it with out replacing the part and saved me $$. Very friendly and quick! Will hire him again if need be!

Our 30 year old dishwasher flooded one day, so I called up Delroy one morning to have a look at it. He came by around 1 pm the same day and found out right away what's wrong with the machine. The problem was that the pump and belt broke down but parts are no longer available. Then he helped to disconnect the electricity source to the dishwasher before I could call in someone else like a plumber to cut the pipes and remove the machine.
