Delroy came by because our fridge had water pooling behind it. Rather than advocate an expensive repair, he showed us how to solve the problem ourselves! He also had a look at our stove, which we did not call him about, but was not performing up to par. He told me where to get the necessary part and how to repair the stove myself. Delroy ended up saving us major money and was friendly and honest. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I was going to toss my machine and dryer as I assumed the repair on both was going to not worth the repair price. Delroy was one the most honest and personable people I have ever met. He explained what he thought was wrong and saved me a few hundred/thousand bucks in new equipment. He even worked on a holiday.

Delroy was fast, friendly and did a great job. He was available on the weekend too, which was really fantastic. Got the job done quickly and was reasonably priced == what more do you want?

I must say that my experience with Delroy was nothing short of fantastic. He answered the phone right away, asked me a couple of quick questions and came by the very next day! He knew exactly what the problem was and was happy to explain everything he was doing so that I could learn something about this clunky old dishwasher we inherited and to reduce our need for service calls in the future. He was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. I will definitely call him again should anything come up and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Delroy is great. Our washer-dryer malfunctioned over a weekend. Delroy came out even on a Sunday. He figured out even from our initial phone conversation what the problem probably was, made sure he had the part, and fixed it quickly, testing to make sure it was completely fixed. He was on time, courteous and friendly, asked a reasonable (i.e., low) fee. For our next repair, Delroy will definitely be our go-to guy.

Basically my dryer gave me a PF error code then it stopped working. I called Delroy and he tried to fix this issue over the phone (free of charge). He came to my place on the same day and very quickly realized that it wa a loose connection.
