My dishwasher began having problems later last year, more specifically it wouldn't drain the water, dishes didn't dry properly but as a family we worked around the problems. Sometime in July, the dishwasher broke down and we were told that it had to be thrown out, but one call to Delroy and they told us a repairman would try to repair and we wouldn't be charged unless it was fixed. Roughly 30 minutes after he came, the dishwasher was working fine. Great experience

I called a few repair guys and Delroy sounded like the best over the phone: he knew what the problem was, he had the part and he would come to Scarborough. Delroy was cheerful and repaired my dryer quickly.

Our washer's agitator stopped working properly, and there was a terrible smell coming from the washer. We called Delroy and he came within 48 hours to have a look. He knew the problem, and replaced the malfunctioning part with a full explanation of what was wrong and why. His price was reasonable.

My dishwasher had stopped working and I was torn between buying a new one or coughing out money for expensive repairs. I called Delroy who diagnosed the problem over the phone. He arrived to my home on time and fixed the problem on the spot! His price was extremely reasonable and my washer works as good as new!!! Thank you Delroy for your great service!

The Maytag dishwasher is getting old and the water was not getting out of the bottom though the pump was running. We called Delroy and he figured out what was wrong on the phone . He also told us exactly what the cost would be for parts and service once we gave him the model number. He came with the right part and fixed it right away, He is courteous and dedicated to his work - knows how to fix all appliances and also how to use them well. He kept to his promised schedule and and we learned a lot from him.

Called Delroy and was able to have him come by the following evening on my schedule. He was friendly and fixed my problem quickly. Delroy was a pleasure to work with.

i had just bought a new to me electrolux fridge. plumber connected the water line..no water from the fridge. called the store Appliance Warehouse on Pelatt, found no warranty on this scratch and dent from anybody..not manufacturer or them. None the less, they send their repair man who told me that i had too much ice build up with the old water? and to defrost and it should be ok. lotsa work to repark all the food. did not work, called Appliance Warehouse again, missed the repair guy by 10 mins due to traffic. I called and apologized and they said they would come friday. Come friday, service guy calls me to tell me that they would not return as it was not worth their time..despite the fact i would have paid again. Thankfully, I spoke to Delroy and within 5 hours, he was here, resolved the problem..straight up, the plumber did not turn on the shut on to the fridge and despite my checking with him, he said he did. Delroy turned it on and voila water. He could have faked some expensive solenoid repair or anything, but he was kind, honest and showed me some info about my first time water fridge. Bless Delroy, hard to find that kind of character!

Loyd is great professional, great repairer and honest person. He repair my washing machine, showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me a good tips so I do not run into the same problem in the future. I am so happy that I found a person that I can trust when it comes to appliances repair.

My front load washing machine broke. I opened up the bottom panel and found a sock stuck in the filter (took me a long time to remove the screws, but figured I could fix it on my own). Removed the trapped sock and it still did not work. Unfortunately, not being an appliance technician, I flooded the bathroom and the room below. Decided to call a professional this morning. Delroy came this afternoon and tried to fix without having to purchase a part. Turns out the pump motor needed to be replaced. Delroy went on to his next job and then picked up the part and returned earlier this evening to install a new pump motor. Second load in the washing machine as I type. Delory rocked my day, since I have 2 young children, one of whom is potty training (ie lots of soiled clothes to wash!) Excellent, professional, friendly, timely service for a very fair price and I highly recommend him. And, no water on the floor to mop up after he finished!

Our washer stopped working, From the burned smell, I thought for sure the motor or transition was blown, and I would have to get a new machine or spend a fortune to get it fixed. I called Delroy and explained the details. His diagnosis was right on. He said it was most likely a belt problem. He picked up the belt and was over the next day. It was fixed in about 10 min. I highly recommend him. Honesty is hard to come by. There are a quite a few company's out there who would have taken us to the cleaners.
