Richard and his co-worker did a regular inspection on my very old furnace to make sure its in working condition. They were very professional and kind . What i look for to give a company 10 stars is honesty and i can say Richard was very honest with me . He told me my furnace doesnt require replacement as its still in good working order. I was afraid i was going to hire someone who would simply come and tell me that i require a new furnace when i really don't. Great job guys, i will surely have you come in the summer time check out my old AC :D

I called Richard on Sunday to fix my tank less water heater even though he doesn't specialize in that area. He called me back 3 times to make sure that the other contractor got in touch with me.

Rick has been out to service my furnace twice, and to check my air conditioner. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and his team has always been friendly and cordial. Rick has even taken time out of his busy schedule to respond to questions that I sent by email after hours. He is always great at troubleshooting my furnace issues! Thanks Rick! You are great!!

Richard and his team are top notch. Coretemp installed a new furnace 2 years ago and have been performing scheduled maintenance since. Coretemp is always quick and eager to respond to any questions or concerns via email or telephone. Each time I have contacted them to arrange an appointment or even a common question, they have responded by phone within a few hours. There is something to be said for that type of customer service in 2015. Their passion for customer satisfaction is evident and their knowledge of HVAC is second-to-none. I cannot recommend anybody more highly than the Coretemp team.

Always prompt and courteous. Work has always been completed to my satisfaction, including a new furnace installation two years ago. Eric takes the time to answer any questions I may have.

We needed a new furnace in 2013 so I started looking for vendors. I interviewed 2 people from "highly rated" companies before I got to Richard. The second I met Richard, I could tell he was genuine, wasn't going off a script and cared about his work and his customers. He didn't patronize and he gave me an honest assessment of the situation. I didn't hesitate to have him take on the furnace project. Since then, he's come back twice for yearly maintenance and 2 other times for issues that came up due to drainage problems arising from faulty pipes and not his work. When I call he answers his phone (that's huge by itself!), he is courteous, PROMPT and so experienced. His staff are all so easy to deal with. I feel so comfortable and would highly recommend Coretemp to anyone! You will not be disappointed and will be treated with respect.

I called Richard on a Sunday and by Tuesday he was at my house installing my brand new Ruud furnace. The furnace was installed professionally and quickly. At each step of the way Richard was more than happy to explain what he was doing as well as showing his work. You could definitely tell he takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone needing a new furnace. It's also nice to know you're supporting a little guy compared to some other companies out there who subcontract.

Richard saved me in 2014 by installing a new high efficiency furnace replacing my ancient non-working one. I appreciate his quick response and advice. This year, due to a reminder notice programmed into the thermostat, I was easily able to book a maintenance appointment and am all set for the coming winter. Thanks Richard!

I had a broken furnace and Richard came out right away. He was professional, thorough, and explained the issue well. I was concerned that the furnace would need replacement, but Richard went over the pros and cons for replacing the faulty igniter. In the end the igniter was replaced and the furnace has been running great.

On time very knowledgeable & friendly...Richard did the monthly maintenance on our furnace and humidifier. He ensured everything was installed and running to code We will definitely call him for our heating and cooling needs
