Richard installed new furnace and ac almost 2 years ago. Thermostat went this week and he came right out and replaced it as well as helped me get it set up on line. Very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Core Temp both for sales and installation as well as after sale service. Deserves a 10 plus rating

Bought the furnace and A/C units from Coretemp 5 years ago, very happy with the support after the sale/installation. Always get back and schedule quickly when called for an annual service visit. Richard and Eric do excellent work, extremely friendly - highly recommended!!

We had Richard from CoreTemp come to our home for a consultation, which ultimately led to us replacing our 20 year old dying furnace. Richard was thorough, respectful and responsive to our needs, we had our new furnace installed in less than 1 week. I called CoreTemp after feeling unease about an experience I had with another AC company. Richard was awesome! He was honest, and responded quickly. As soon as he was able to make the visit, he did and my AC was up and running by the time he left. His price was fair, and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. My 32 yr old A/C finally died out during a heat wave and long weekend. My brother suggested calling Richard at Cortemp. I called Sunday to leave a message and Richard answered, came over next day (Labour Day) and managed to get old A/C working. Within 5 days of calling, new A/C had been installed. When seeking to replace my aging HVAC system, I needed a company that was knowledgable, offered sound advice, and honest enough not to over sell or just attempt to close the deal. For me, CORETEMP exceeded all those expectations. Richard was quick to respond to my initial call and he took the time to listen and even provided a preliminary quote over the phone so that I may have a frame of reference as I secured other quotes. He was even kind enough during his visit to take the time to fix a water leak from my air conditioning free of charge showing that he really cares. Our AC died on us a week ago. A technician from a highly rated Htg/AC company w/c I saw in this site came in Sat, 08-29 to diagnose the issue. He claims our circuit board was broken & needs to be replaced. But since our unit is 12 yrs old, he highly recommends that we replaced the entire unit for $3000. Called CoreTemp around 5:30 PM Aug 31; told him I want a 2nd opinion, talked to Richard & shared w/ him diagnosis from another company. He was angered by what he heard, as he had heard several stories like mine w/ the same company - w/in 30 mins he was at my house, w/in the first 10-15 mins, looking/checking the unit, he found 2 burnt wires & quickly fixed it. our AC is working again. Richard is heaven sent!!!! I will definitely recommend CoreTemp to my neighbors & will give them all my AC/Heating business from hereon. You Rock, Richard!!!!!

I owe Richard Huge Thanks for all the years of free tips and advices he was giving me when we tried to get more life out of my old furnace. He saved me money and time and was asking nothing in return. When I finally decided to install new furnace, CoreTemp was my only and first choice. One day before my furnace was installed I called Richard and told him to move my appointment because I want furnace charges to go to my new credit card to collect travel points and it might take 3 weeks for me to receive this card. I was absolutely struck when Richard said he will go ahead with installation and I can pay him after I have a new card. I am not talking here about $500 bill here. People with such honesty and integrity as Richard do not come across often. He takes customer service to a completely new level that no other service company that I ever dealt with even can come close. Even if you do not need new furnace right now, call Core Temp, see how it feels to be treated like a top customer – with honesty, integrity, professionalism and very warm human attention.

Once again, Richard is a star. He installed my air conditioner a year ago and my furnace a few years previous. Tonight when I came home it was not working. I called him and he was able to trouble shoot a simple problem for me on the phone, saving me the cost of a service call and a hot night. I really appreciate the extra, personal and fast service.
