This was a very pleasant experience from the moment I spoke to Richard on the phone. We needed a humidifier installed in our home (we did not have a pre-existing one) and he asked me to take pictures of our furnace room and send them to him. I did and he responded within 1 hour. He gave me a very reasonable quote and sent me product information regarding the humidifier he recommended. He showed up to install and was timely, very polite, knowledgeable. The bottom line is that I liked him and trusted him immediately. The work was done today. I would/will use them again if needed.

Richard and his Coretemp team installed a new Furnace, Humidifier, and Central AC Unit for us this past fall. I had called a few HVAC companies, but Coretemp was hands down the most friendly, upfront, knowledgeable, and professional. On the day of the job, our electrician showed up to install a new breaker box which was actually scheduled for a few days later. This scheduling mishap on our part did not stop Richard and his team. Working in our basement with only a floodlight on a generator, they still got everything installed on time. Amazingly, the only issue we had after the fact was a crossed wire problem with our Thermostat which wasn't controlling the Humidifier as it should. Richard got back to me immediately and had someone come by that same day to fix it. Coretemp was very fast in getting back to us on our questions and concerns every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Coretemp.

We've had our Rinnai tankless water heater for 2.5 years now. It's recently been cutting out on us. Richard at CoreTemp was very skilled at guiding me to pre-assess the problem over the phone. Service was good and courteous.

Decided on working with Richard at Coretemp after interviewing several companies. Of all he was most straight forward, personable and transparent to deal with. We went with a Lennox multi-stage system after discussing the options. No regrets. It's everything Richard promised it would be and more. Cost of operations is surprisingly low. The CoreTemp team were great! My '95 furnace was suddenly working sporadically just as the temperature outside was dropping. We contacted CoreTemp after reading some reviews. They were prompt, professional and approachable. Most importantly, they gave my wife and I an education on the black box that was our furnace. I believe their pricing was fair and we are the new owners of a furnace, humidifier and condensate pump. Warm days are here again. I definitely recommend CoreTemp.

Thank you Richard for coming to service our furnace after this snow storm. Our furnace shut off this morning due to the storm setting off a safety valve. Richard came to fix it 20 min after I spoke to him. He also made sure other features were operating properly.

I first met Richard and CoreTemp back in August of 2011 when I noticed that the air conditioner was not providing much cooling. I was prompted to contact him from his high ratings on HomeStars. He made a great first impression despite the bad news that there was a leak in the system. He advised replacing the AC unit and coils due to age and availablity of spare parts. In order to save up the money, I decided to replace the AC in Mar. 2012. Since our furnace was over 20 years old, I also replaced the furnace to save on installation costs. He and his associates were prompt in arriving and did a great job installing the new furnace and AC and removing the old. They actually finished the job early and cleaned up afterwards. I only had to move my treadmill back into position. The Ruud AC and multi stage furnace Richard recommended also have been great. After almost 1 year of service, I have noticed a nice savings on my heating and cooling costs. As a bonus, the furnace is much quieter than the old one. CoreTemp even assisted me in applying and receiving a small rebate from the government. From my experience dealing with Richard, he has put a great effort into earning the high marks on HomeStars.

Richard responded with great service and knowledge. We thought our furnace may be on its last legs and ended up purchasing the top of the line Lennox. Can't believe that we noticed a difference immediately which is nice when you are spending money for a necessity but can't alway appreciate. Would recommend Core Temp without hesitation. Pat
