Richard and his crew did a great installation job for my new high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were exceptionally pleasant and easy to deal with, did it all within one day and left no mess when they were done!!! Their quote was clear, well presented and firm... that is what I paid and not a penny more. This was a big job that I was worried about getting done, but they made it quite painless. Thanks guys!

I engaged Coretemp to install a furnace, air conditioner, and a tankless water heater. Richard provided valuable information that allowed me to make an informed decision about the products that I was going to buy. The installation was done very professionally, and the place was properly cleaned up afterwards. A couple days after the installation though I noticed some water drops from a pipe that was previously connected to the old water heater tank I had removed. I called Richard and he took care of that right away, which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend Richard and his team from Coretemp.

I recently had a Rinnai tankless hot water system installed in my home. I believe we got it installed for a fair price (remember, you get what you pay for!). We couldn't be happier! Hot water is quick and efficient. We also had a natural gas line run to the exterior of our home to connect up our BBQ. The double shut-off valves that they installed are ideal for when we are away from the home and want to make sure nothing is tampered with outside.

Looking for installation of a tankless water heater, I choose CoreTemp because of the terrific reviews they consistently got from customers. I emailed them on a Saturday and received a call from Richard within an hour of my email! He provided me with comprehensive information and we made an arrangement for the installers to come to my home. Sensing my discomfort with workers in my house when I was not there, Richard had Chris and Derek arrive earlier so that I could meet them before I left for work. That meant a great deal to me and having met them, I left for work feeling very confident that I had nothing to worry about. Upon my return, the job was done and there was absolutely no mess. In the process, they discovered a crack in my furnace. They showed the crack to me with the camera they used to detect it which I also greatly appreciated. Before leaving, they ensured I had my $300 rebate coupon to send to Enbridge. Naturally, I have booked CoreTemp to install a new furnace for me. The service is prompt and professional but most of all, they ALL seem to really care about their customers. There just is nobody else I'd rather have in my home. Do yourself a favour and call CoreTemp first with any heating/airconditioning needs.

We did our research and called in other quotes. We have absolutely no regrets to date choosing CoreTemp. During the installation, they consulted with us all the way to be sure that our wishes were being satisfied. They thought carefully about how to do the installation with the least inconvenience and mess. We're very pleased with the quality of the installation. The Rinnai Tankless Water Heater is performing up to our expectations, but cannot yet comment on the RUUD furnace (it's too warm to use it right now.) two and half years ago our furnace broke down, richard was first to call back about the problem. the heat exchanger was cracked so we had Richard replace the furnace with a new one. the service was outstanding. as a result of the previous problem we had no second thoughts of the contractor we would use to supply and install our rinnai tankless water heater. service and knowledge is very important to customers, Coretemp does this to perfection.

We recently had a Rinnai installed and we love it. No more water tanks to worry about and running out of water. Thanks to Richard and his guys the service was fantastic. We have had the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in our home for over a year now and have been very happy with it. With multiple showers going there is no change in the temperture and minimal to no pressure drop. It has been maintenanace free as well although when we have had questions Richard and the staff at CoreTemp have responded very quickly and have been very helpful. I wanted to write this because many people have heard of the product but because it is relatively new most people don't know anyone who has it yet. I would highly recommend CoreTemp to install and they will answer any questions honestly.
