    Coretemp: Furnace, Water Heater and Air Conditioner

    We called different companies to get estimates to replace our furnace, water heater AND our air conditioner. We felt that Richard and Eric of Coretemp were the most knowledgeable of all the estimates we received. Richard returned our calls more promptly than anyone we have ever had work done by. They were extremely safe and follow strict safety protocols during Covid. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done.

    SO happy with new RUUD furnace & AC

    I'm so pleased that a friend referred me to Coretemp when I needed to replace my 25+ year old furnace and install central AC for the first time ever in my century home. Richard (the owner) helped me understand all the choices & benefits of the equipment that he offers and he and his colleague were efficient, professional, careful and VERY NICE both times they were here to install. The new RUUD furnace is quiet and keeps all the pockets of this old house warm now. Highly recommend Coretemp. This was a very good experience and I couldn't be happier.

    Supply and installation of new A/C.

    Coretemp provided a prompt, written estimate in January and stuck by the price as quoted in late March. Communicaton was efficient, prompt, and helpful. Richard and Eric showed up when they said they would. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. They explained each step of the process. They left the work area clean and tidy and took the old unit away for disposal.

    Furnace Replacement

    I had a frustrating experience with a furnace that needed repairing, and then an install of a replacement furnace that was unacceptably loud and didn't properly heat my house. Richard helped me to find an excellent furnace, installed it quickly and efficiently, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the result. He really salvaged a bad situation for me, and I have no hesitation recommending him.

    New Tankless Water Heater

    After deciding to replace our conventional storage tank water heater we used Homestars to get quotes from the top rated companies. Coretemp was easily head and shoulders above the rest. From the first meeting, Richard was very knowledgeable, personable and very outgoing. Richard wasn't pushy and even offered free DIY advice on my basement renovation re: optimizing the HVAC. His counterpart Eric came a couple weeks before the install to put in the intake pipe for the tankless. Eric was also very pleasant, tidy, organized, and worked diligently. Richard and Eric are great. I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks guys! We love our new Rinnai!

    Great service & clear explanation -- replaced my furnace right away

    Furnace went out on coldest day which was also a holiday. Richard answered my call and gave advice and recommended a service person. When it was confirmed we needed a new furnace, he gave a clear explanation and price options. Talked to him Monday evening, came with new furnace 8 am Wednesday morning. Installed it quickly and precisely, easy to talk with and cleaned up. Good price, great service, will totally use them to replace my A/C as well.

    Exceptional Service

    This is an outstanding company! Richard and his team offer helpful and honest advice and exceptional service! We have had two furnace installations with this company and we have recommended them to friends and family. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed. Their service is so exceptional that there have been a couple of times where we had to call late at night or weekends and Richard called us immediately. He would then follow up with us at a later date to make sure all was well. Hard to find good companies like this!

    Furnace repair

    Richard from Coretemp installed our furnace many years ago, 2008 to be exact. I work up Saturday to having hearing issues, I called Richard at 8:08 am who answered his phone immediately. He walked me through some steps to ignite the furnace ultimately getting it running again on a cold -14 morning. He was so helpful even FaceTiming me to assist in helping me to circumvent the problem. We have not had our furnace serviced in so many years, I have booked service of course but I would highly recommend Coretemp to anyone. You do not get customer service like that. An amazing human ❤️ Thank you Richard and Coretemp

    Furnace installation

    We had Coretemp install a new Ruud U96V furnace. From the jump Richard from Coretemp was extremely kind and knowledgeable; answering any questions we had and offering advice for our furnace installation. The day of the installation we were so impressed at Richard and his associate Eric’s professionalism and work ethic. Richard even went as far as connecting us with a duct cleaning service.     Furnace problem

    I had a problem with my furnace overheating. I called Richard who came three days in a row to my place. He spent quite a few hours isolating the problem and fixing it under warranty. He is a great tech who truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for great service and knowledge for your heating and cooling equipment Ed B Brampton
