    new roof

    I met Frank from Roof Pro+ two years ago at a home show. At that time, I knew I needed to replace my roof but was not sure when this would be needed. WhenFrank offered to do a site visit and give me a quote, I was worried he would advise me the roof has to be done right away so as to grab the deal. I told him my concern, and he advised me that he would only give me an honest estimate, and if I really like the service Roof Pro+ provides, I would come back when the roof needs to be replaced. So Frank came and told me my roof could last another two or three years. Now, two years later, I decided it is time to replace the roof and contacted Frank. He responded my inquiry promptly and the quote is approximately the same as two years ago. I am very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The crew arrived early and completed the job within the timeframe I was informed. They cleaned my driveway and the surrouding area thoughly, so I did not have to do anything. Two of my neighbours were quite impressed by the work and approached Frank to give them a quote. So Frank was busy climbing one roof after another on my street. I would definitely recommend Roof Pro+ to anyone who needs to replace their roof.

    new roof

    We needed a new roof and Frank came and gave us an estimate. He explained everything thoroughly and left the estimate. Due to subsequent renovations that required roof modifications, he came back and gave us an estimate for only half the roof, the other half to be completed after the roof modification was done. Because the job was being split, this would increase the cost of the roof, but Frank did his best to keep the price as reasonable as possible. We were very happy with the job that was done, would use Roof Pro again and would recommend the company to friends and family.

    Roof repair

    Today I had my roof repaired by Kelly Hill from Roof Pro plus. I just want to say thank you very much to Kelly and Roof Pro for a job well done!! This is the second time that we have had a roof leak caused by an Ice dam, although I think that if I would've called Roof Pro after the first time there would've never have been a second leak.. Thanks again Roof Pro and Kelly!!

    Roofing

    I had my shingles replaced August 2013. I paid extra for ice and snow shield. February 2014 I have water flowing into my home from ice damming on the roof. Company will not honour warranty as snow has to be removed from roof for warranty to apply???? I live in Newmarket, in 30 years I have not removed snow from roof and had no problems until now

    Candace, I'm really sorry we have not been able to connect in person to discuss your frustration level. I did try several times. Maintenance (snow removal) especially during the coldest winter in 35 yrs is a home owners responsibility and not "Roof Pro" warranty issue as explained by our service representative when he came out the same day you called us. 3ft of ice and water is included in EVERY quote we do, it"s part of our installation procedures. (so you did not pay extra). Im glad you hired a person to remove your excess snow this will help protect your roof moving forward. We are disappointed that you gave us such a low score. We installed a partial roof as per your request and even repaired the other sections for free as you were under budeget constraints. Kindest regards, Jan and Chris

    Rooging

    Roof Pro recently replaced the roof on my townhouse, plus 3 adjoined townhouses. Frank did a thorough inspection of the roofs, explained the work that needed to be done, and the materials needed to do the job right. He provide excellent customer service, a fair quote, and came back to do a post installation inspection. The installers were professional, completed the job on schedule, and ensured the lawns and driveways were cleared of debris. I am happy with the service and the quality of the job and would highly recommend Roof Pro.

    Roof quote

    I've used roof pro 2 before and asked Frank to quote me for a Toronto address. He made the long trip from Newmarket arriving promptly despite heavy traffic. The job was small and Frank was very honest saying it would be better to hire locally but telling me what the price should be. Such honesty with previous excellent work.

    Total roof replacement

    First of all i am thankful to Frank for his friendly face and friendly approach.he does understands customers need .The guys who came to do the lob very sincere and did an excellent job.They did not leave any mess on the ground will highly recommend this company for this kind of job .Another person i would like to thank Chris and Steve.

    Strip and reshingle

    Hired roof pro to take care of my mom's roof prior to the sale of her house. We had a minor leak and the shingles were in very poor shape (2 layers as well) so it needed to be done prior to repairing the drywall. Frank the estimator was great to deal with; good information, not pushy. Roof pro provided a competitive quote, matched the price of another company who was slightly cheaper and didn't try and sell me the moon- all we wanted was a properly done roof with quality materials to sell the house. Their warranty was fully transferable to the new owner which added value to the house. In the end, they showed up when they said they would, the roofers were polite and the work looks good. -1 point for cigarette butts on the ground.

    New roof shingles

    We had Roof Pro + first do a small job to install a vent, which they competently did for a very reasonable amount. Later we contracted them to replace the whole roof with 50 year Corning shingles which includes an underlayment. They fixed at no additional cost a poorly installed bathroom vent ducting and replaced a few roof boards. The roof looks great and we have had no issues with leaks. Communication was good. Clean up excellent. The only issue is they did not complete the installation in one day due to insufficient roof tiles. I have no reservations recommending Roof Pro Plus.

    Re-shingling

    It was in the fall that I called Roof Pro+. The sales manager met with me, showed me my options and suggested I wait until the spring do have my roof done. I was really impressed when he offered to do a temporary fix to a leaky valley to see me through the winter. When spring arrived everything went smoothly. Everything needed arrived early on the set day and the job was done extremely well. The workers were friendly and considerate. And they did an amazing clean-up job too!
