The communication was not very good. I had to call to find out when they were coming. They were short staffed for the work they had to do. They did not finish until 10 pm. Quality has to suffer! Time will tell. I have shingle particles all over my deck several weeks after the job. I hope that is normal?

No better complement for Roof Pro+ than to receive it from another contractor in an unrelated profession. Field Supervisor from a WildLife removal company on-site at our home for a different matter, noted how impressed he was with the quality of workmanship of the work done on our roof by Roof Pro+ back in 2012, (not often seen in his profession) and asked for the name of your company. Referral gladly passed along.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Roof Pro. We were provided with a quote and samples along with a thorough explanation of the process and guarantee. The roof was finished in a timely fashion and the crew was polite and professional. A few of our neighbors noticed and commented on the high quality of installation compared to other roofs that have been recently replaced in the neighborhood. This review is delayed as the roof was replaced in October but there was some follow-up work required in early Spring. Overall I was satisfied with the work carried out and it appears that the re-roofing was done well. No complaints with delivery of goods and the crew were done in a day. However, a few things left me not completely satisfied. Firstly, Dean the sales person provided a good quote and I called him to come and go over the quote and select shingles. He never called me and then when I called him he advised the crew were “coming out tomorrow” – quite how that was possible when as mentioned no shingle or specifics of the jobs were discussed is a little baffling! He did then come out and I was happy with what was discussed. After the job was completed I was not happy with the clean-up. There was clearly some old shingle in my back gutter that Dean had to remove the next day. Also, over the entire roof were plastic strands from the new shingle that should have been cut away but weren’t. I had to get one of the crew back recently to cut all these strands off. I also found quite of a bit of old shingle on one side of the house when the snow melted. One of the main visual problems I had was that the front porch guttering with the new shingle looked very uneven at one corner. I know that Roof Pro did not touch the guttering and there should be a natural tilt on the guttering to allow drain off, but with the new shingle and proper drip off, it is noticeable how visually uneven the guttering looks to the top of the shingle. I’m sure this company has come across this before but no-one had any answer or fix how to remedy this. Frustrating, so I’ll have to try a fix of my own. If it was round the back of the house I wouldn’t worry but as it’s the front porch it is very noticeable. So, overall I was satisfied but as previously detailed, a few things left a slightly bitter taste in the mouth.

I would recommend Roof Pro to anyone needing to have a roof replacement. Dean was great in explaining all my options and costs and reviewed the venting requirements for my house. The crew arrived exactly on time and cleaned the yard when the job was completed. Except for the beautiful new black roof, you'd never know they had been there. Thank you to the ladies in the office, too!

This company replaced our roof and eaves this summer. The quote went well, the price was reasonable, and so far we have no concerns about the quality of the work. The only issue was that even with consistent follow-up, it took quite a while to get them to come back to complete a final detail we had agreed on (installation of a bathroom vent). However, the company did keep their word and we are satisfied with the work.

while getting quotes to replace my roof, I found Roof Pro Plus and asked them to quote on the job, I had been getting numbers all over the map, we found their price was competitive based on other established companies. what set them apart was that they explained their quote and what was needed for the job to be done right and why. I had done a lot of research and as a very detailed home owner they stepped up and answered any and all questions I had. there was no problem to get the extra details we were looking for. I felt very confident and gave them the job, their crew was great, courteous and took care of everything as if it were their own house, Dean was very helpful and Jan took care of every detail. the roof looks great and I am very please from start to finish, Roof Pro Plus...you nailed it!!

hello, I wanted to leave a thoroughly satisfied and stellar review for RoofPro+ , in particular Frank Soule. Recently, we needed a new roof and eaves, and when I called RoofPro+, Frank showed up with a very reasonable estimate for both new shingles and eavestrough for our house in Oakville . He was very good about outlining how the job would be done, in full detail so that I never felt that I did not understand the flow of the job, from when the team would arrive to the cleanup process. Initially I was worried that Frank was only the salesman for the job, never to be seen again, however, I was wrong.. Frank was not only dedicated to the job, I believe he treated the job as he would his own house, he came back again with more shingles for my consideration , and yet again for the inspection upon completion of the job which was done just as efficiently by the team. . Frank obviously knows his business, inside and out, and his dedication to his job and clients is definitely something hard - pressed to find nowadays.. Thank you Frank! I seriously have recommended Frank to all my friends from work to family as I was very impressed with his dedication to the job and his clients. We started getting water leaking from our kitchen ceiling; Kelly from Roof Pro + discovered that the problem was a blocked down pipe from the second floor eaves-trough. We had had our eaves-troughs cleaned in October. (clearly they forgot to clean the down pipe) Kelly removed pipe and discovered it was totally blocked and cleaned it of muck and debris that had collected. He inspected the wall flashing and shingles and re-caulked the wall flashing. He was very professional, helpful and explained everything in simple terms. We are extremely pleased that we called Roof Pro+ and most certainly would not hesitate to call them again.

I met Frank from Roof Pro+ two years ago at a home show. At that time, I knew I needed to replace my roof but was not sure when this would be needed. WhenFrank offered to do a site visit and give me a quote, I was worried he would advise me the roof has to be done right away so as to grab the deal. I told him my concern, and he advised me that he would only give me an honest estimate, and if I really like the service Roof Pro+ provides, I would come back when the roof needs to be replaced. So Frank came and told me my roof could last another two or three years. Now, two years later, I decided it is time to replace the roof and contacted Frank. He responded my inquiry promptly and the quote is approximately the same as two years ago. I am very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The crew arrived early and completed the job within the timeframe I was informed. They cleaned my driveway and the surrouding area thoughly, so I did not have to do anything. Two of my neighbours were quite impressed by the work and approached Frank to give them a quote. So Frank was busy climbing one roof after another on my street. I would definitely recommend Roof Pro+ to anyone who needs to replace their roof.
