    Fridge Repair

    Mathew was very knowledgeable and very professional. You can tell he knows what he's talking about! He was prompt and courteous and was able to show up quickly, with same day service, even on the Tuesday after a long weekend. We had Mathew come look at our 10 year old fridge twice in 5 days. The first time, he set our expectations around a repair that he couldn't guarantee would fix our problem. Unfortunately over the August long weekend (4 days later!!) the fridge stopped working again and we had to call for a second look. He was very honest and sincere that the original repair didn't last longer. On his second visit, he had to give us the bad news that the fridge was not repairable and advised us on what to look for in a new fridge and what to consider. We will definitely use their services again when needed.

    Dishwasher

    Mathew was great and professional. He was prompt and courteous and did a great job. Our Dishwasher was clogged and he did some magic and it is working again! Thank you Matthew.

    Front load washer repair

    Thank you so much Matthew! He was very punctual professional and courteous. The quote for parts and labour were bang on. No surprises. I would definitely recommend this company.The part came in early and I received a call to see if my appointment could be moved up. I have never had a service provider call me to be early!! Great service. Machine works fine!!

    Electric Stove/oven repair

    Our 25 yr old stove went on the blink..the oven stopped working. I called a few companies but only Pro Appliance called back..set up an appt and came a day early and fixed the problem. Excellent service..Matthew was great

    Washing machine

    Matthew called ahead to confirm he would arrive in twenty minutes and was right on time. I have dealt with so many companies who give an eight hour window and are late. The repair was minor and repaired easily. We will use this company again for sure. Thanks a ten is warranted.

    maytag washer

    Pro Appliance is amazing! 10+ I asked for a late afternoon appointment, closer to 5pm and Matthew was on time, even a few minutes early! Matthew asked what problems I was having, did the diagnostic testing and found what the problem was and fixed it! Thank you Matthew and Pro Appliance for your honesty and professionalism.

    repair of washing machine

    Friendly and competent - solved issues with washer and explained everything for a very reasonable price. They came the same day I called and I was very pleased with every aspect.

    dryer and dishwasher repair

    Mathew gave a quick and honest assessment of the problems concerning my dryer. He explained the options available as well. The dishwasher was repaired that day as well. Matthew took the time to inquire about the most effective and least costly parts that needed replacement. He accommodated my request for an early appointment and was punctual so I could go about my day without delay. We have used pro appliance services before and have always been pleased with level of expertise and reasonable prices.Thanks for all your help.

    Dryer

    Pro Appliance was a recommendation from a friend that was very happy with their service. I was very happy with their recommendation. Matthew was very knowledgeable about my Dryer, courteous and very honest in his review of the problem. He made me aware of safety issues and things to look out for to minimize any future issues. Matthew was provides an end to end service versus just trying to fix the problem and running to the next service call. Matthew, Thank you for the Great service!

    Refrigerator Repair

    What a major relief when I got in touch with Pro Appliance. I tried another company on this site and it was a disaster. From my first call in to Pro to Mathew arriving , it was exceptional service. He was very professional , and solved the problem immediately. For Appliance repair , I would never choose anyone else. 10 out of 10 .
