    Drier

    Pro Appliance were very quick to respond to my call and I was able to get service within a day. Matthew the service man was early and completed the job very quickly. He was friendly, honest and clean.

    Washer repair service call

    Great service! Matthew from Pro Appliance was on time, knowledgeable about my machine, courteous and very honest in his review of the problem and the options I could go with regarding whether to repair or not. Unfortunately I felt it was not worth fixing. In the end I paid a reasonable amount for the service call (tax included) and I would call this company again.

    didhwasher repair

    Matthew contacted me immediately after calling the company. He was quick,, clean and very helpful with the problem with my dishwasher. I have had this company in my home in the past and would highly recommend them to any consumer needing appliance service.

    Dishwasher repair

    I am so glad that I hired Pro Appliance to fix my dishwasher. Everyone that I dealt with (such as the office staff as well as Matthew the repairman) was extremely professional, very courteous and most importantly, honest. From my initial call, which was returned very quickly, to the delightful sounds of my dishwasher working again, my experience with Pro Appliance was highly successful. Matthew was very knowledgeable, patient and explained every step of the process in detail. He arrived exactly on time, had an expertise in my brand of dishwasher (Bosch) and even offered suggestions as to how I can avoid having the same problem again. Matthew was very accommodating to my schedule and even offered to call ahead to confirm if our appointment was still convenient for me on the day of, which he did. All charges were discussed up front, there was no "up selling" and most importantly I feel as if the pricing was fair and valid. I will use Pro Appliance again in the future and I highly recommend them.

    Dryer Repair

    The repair man that came out was very courteous and was very quick to assess the problem with our dryer. We had to have our vents cleaned and Pro Appliance came out a second time to complete the repair, but did not charge for a second service call.

    Dryer repair

    Matthew assessed and completed my repair within 3 hours of me calling. A pleasant and professional person to deal with, I would not hesitate to call on Pro Appliance again. So far my dryer has been in perfect working order since his repair.

    Freezer Problem

    Matthew fixed our freezer/fridge issue and was great to work with. He came back multiple times to switch out some temporary parts and made sure everything was fixed properly. Fast, professional and friendly service.

    Refrigerator repair

    Pro Appliance answered my call and had a technician contact me within 24 hours. Matthew called and made an appointment, for the next day, and called again to tell me he was en route. He serviced my fridge quickly and efficiently, all while answering my various questions. He was pleasant and professional. The job was done well and I am very happy to have Pro Appliance available to me now, for my future appliance-related needs!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Our dishwasher was leaking below the door, Mathew arrived on time, was very professional he identified the problem and told us how to stop the leak, and now no more leaks. Well done, and Thank you.

    Appliance repair

    Mathew has responded on two separate occasions to an SOS for separate kitchen appliances. Work was timely, efficient and cost effective and I would strongly recommend the company without reservation.
