    Home Appliane Repair

    Mathew from Pro Appliance's Richmond Hill office has attended our home and my elderly mother in law's home for various appliance repairs (dish washer, dryer, washing machine & stove) for several years now. He has always been timely and very professional. Each time he has explained the problem and given us options on whether or not the appliance is worth being repaired. I have recommended him and his company to neighbours and friends.

    dishwasher repair

    Peter helped us to repair our old dishwasher. We are pretty satisfied with the service we have received from him. We would always call them for any other appliance repair. Great job.

    Stove repair

    Great company and friendly staff. Matthew who came to help me was courteous and was able to see quickly the problem. Did not try to sell me more than I needed which is much appreciated.

    appliance repair

    I have used Pro Appliance several times in the past - for stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. During this last visit I had a problem with my dishwasher. The technician, Matt, showed up promptly and worked quickly and neatly and fixed the problem. Never experienced any upselling or similar conduct - always honest and has always been candid about whether a repair is worthwhile.

    Appliance Repair

    Courteous and professional. My washer was fixed with a minimum of fuss and the serviceman explained everything to me while he was working at my house. I would use this company again no question

    Washing Machine Repair

    I had used Pro Appliance in the past to repair my refrigerator and calling them back for my washing machine was an obvious choice. My dilemma was do I repair an 18 year old washing machine or buy a new one. I decided it was worth spending the money on an initial service call to diagnose the problem instead of spending $800 or $900 on a new machine. Matthew, the service technician was excellent. He quickly diagnosed what the problem was, explained it to me and quickly made the adjustments to my washer. The issue with calling in a repair service is thinking that they are not going to be honest and take your money for nothing. I feel 100% confident that I can call Pro Appliance without any doubt and know that they will provide honest and reliable service. Thank you Matthew!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Mathew provided an efficient, courteous and professional service. Diagnosed the problem within seconds, completed the repair with the parts on hand and demonstrated that the machine was working properly after repair. He even explained the proper use of some of the features on the washing machine! Reasonable price and excellent service, I will use Pro Appliance again.

    Dishwasher repair

    Quick response and saved me money on unnecessary parts. Mathew has repaired other appliances before, service is always efficient. He gives honest answers about the condition of my appliance and whether it is worth repairing.
