We had a leaky solarium for a while due to previous owner's negligence. Andy was able to repair it and make it feel new again. The flashing, glass, and siding all look awesome. A couple of supply issues, but nothing that was in Andy's control.

I have used Andy and Solarium Repairs 3 times over the last 12 or so years and have always been satisfied with the results. Andy and his assistant Corey are competent, knowledgeable, cooperative and a pleasure to work with. This past August Andy and Corey came to replace our sliding door and correct leakage and rotting issues with the door platform and supporting posts. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly over two day period. They added extra trim work which enhanced the exterior appearance of the solarium and did so without additional charge. In the past I have had a number of bad experiences with overpriced companies doing shoddy work at fixing leaks in my glass roofing. All that changed this time when I hired Solarium Repairs. We really needed Andy since our original installer would not service it. I would say what impressed me most was Andy's communication. Especially with Covid constraints causing a glass delay, that was key. He was also able to install a custom water trough and provide great cleanup. Thanks Andy!

We hired Andy to come seal a tricky second floor sunroom which had been progressively spawning new leaks for a couple years now and in need of a reseal. Andy was quick to respond and schedule an inspection, suggesting what was needed to thoroughly seal the entire sunroom. After deciding to move forward, Andy and his assistant arrived and installed new flashing and re-sealed the entire sunroom. We have had several downpours since and not a drop inside since. Kudos to Andy and his assistant for all their great work. A true pleasure to deal with throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

ANDY and COREY rescued our solarium! We purchased our house a couple of years ago. It had a lovely solarium that had been installed some +30 years ago. Unfortunately, the solarium installation was done improperly and as a result had not aged well. We called Andy because we had an ant problem with our Solarium. It turned out that due to the design of the solarium and mother time, there was water damage to the support beams, and Carpenter ants were feasting on the damaged wood. Having many years in the solarium business, Andy knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained everything to us and provided an estimate with no pressure. When it was time to do the work, he worked efficiently, and with good work ethics. We were very comfortable with the work he did and now have a solarium that will last another 30 years we hope.

Our solarium's structure was in big trouble as it suffered from age related issues. Glasses were sinking from their frame and any company or contractors we called to our home, advised the solarium could not be repairable and we would need to build a new one, quoting us unbelievable costs for a new build that was not needed. We found Andy on homestar and oh boy what a difference between his company and other solarium companies in the GTA. Andy fixed the structure of our solarium, installed new beautiful glasses and now our solarium feels like brand new! All through the project andy and his team were very professional. Extremely pleasant in our dealings and finished our repair on time and within budget. We are very satisfied with his work and we would highly recommend andy and his company for any solarium related project in the GTA and beyond. After contacting Solarium Repairs, after reading many positive reviews, I immediately contacted Andy and I set it up an appointment with him to check various leaks also with Corey on the solarium skylight and he came up with several solutions. He is very knowledgeable . He and his team worked diligently to fix our leaks and he gave us a reasonable price and work plan to re-caulk the roof glass , I was very happy and I highly recommend.

Andy and Corey were a pleasure to deal with from the get go. We had a solarium that was in need of caulking and resealing and my wife and I were very pleased by the results. They also went the extra mile by caulking some of the exterior tiles and window sills located near the solarium. Always punctual and prompt in answering any questions we had. Will recommend!
