We were referred to Andy by our next door neighbour. We wanted to replace a couple of cracked wall panels, and potentially replace all the roof panels. Andy's expert knowledge and no pressure approach gave us the confidence to do both the wall panels which needed to be done and the roof panels. We could not be happier with the workmanship, professionalism, keeping to the schedule, clear and constant communication and job site clean-up performed by Andy and Corey. As a Realtor and homeowner, I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his company to anyone requiring service or replacement of their Solarium.

Our greenh0use has been leaking for some time. We were not able to find any greenhouse contractors to fix the leak because they are busy or would not fix what they do not build. We were used to see wet floor and water dripping in the greenhouse whenever it rained or snow melted. In October, I happened to see solarium repairs section in HomeStars. I called a few companies and found Solarium Repairs gave us reasonable price and a work plan to re-caulk the whole roof glasses and where the greenhouse is attached to the house. It also comes with a warranty. Andy was able to fit my work in between the busy schedule. Andy and Corey are very friendly and professional. They came a couple of times to finish the job. Now we are very pleased to see dry floor when it rains and the water is running on the roof of the greenhouse. It is a wonderful feeling. We would recommend Andy to people who have to repair their solarium .

We moved into a house that has a sunroom and the skylights were modified by the previous homeowner. There was no paperwork to indicate the manufacturer and the skylights were leaking. Andy was awesome and came out several times to give us some options. He is very knowledgeable and came up with a great solution. He and his team worked diligently to fix our leaks. We will be going back to Andy.

I appreciated the open communication that Andy kept - he texted me if the work had to be postponed due to inclement weather and followed up after the repairs were complete to answer questions and ensure we were satisfied. I recently found Andy and his company Solarium Repairs. Andy has years of experience in the solarium and window business. He and his associate Corey came and made a full assessment of our solarium. They provide an estimate to fix the issues we were having with the solarium and then did the work.The job was completed on time and on budget and perfect clean up . Andy also helped me with selecting a great window company for our other windows. his recommendation worked out perfectly and Andy had come by the house to check to be sure everything is ok. Really happy with job that Andy did to repair my 30 years old solarium. Andy is a man of his word and delivered everything that I asked for to my satisfaction. I had the glass roof replaced. Patio door replaced. Cedar panels restained and siding installed. The solarium looks brand new now. Appreciate Andy’s integrity and would recommend him to anyone looking for a solarium repair.

I found Andy online for my leaking sunroom. Right from the get go, he was very accommodating. I didn’t think he would come up to Muskoka but that was not a problem. He arrived with Courtney right when he promised and the work was done perfectly. There was a piece that had been broken that holds one of the windows in place. He didn’t have the part but said he would get it for me even though COVID-19 had made it difficult to get parts from the US but he got it. I picked it up at his place when it arrived and took it up to my place. I was having real difficulty installing the part but I called him and he walked me through it. And there have been a few big storms since he fixed it but it’s bone dry. He did a great job and have no hesitation in recommending him. Reliable and honest. Thanks Andy.
