One of the difficult part of doing home renovations is finding a good, reliable and trustworthy contractor. I lucked out when I found Andy of Solarium Repairs to do my badly deteriorated solarium. He meticulously assessed what needs to be done, gave a quote and excellent advice. He adjusted the price based on best options giving me financial advantage. I bought a house in Vaughan and soon after I discovered that the solarium was leaking. Five years went by and I could not find anyone who could come and inspect my solarium to make sure that everything would still work. Finally I called Andy. He was very busy but took the time to inspect my solarium. Andy was very polite and helpful and came up with a genial idea to prevent possible leaks by adding a metal sheet outside on the window sill. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and professional, helpful and reliable. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. I feel relaxed to know that I can count on him in case something happens to the solarium. Thank you so much Andy!

We have an older sunroom which was in need of repair due to a rotted knee wall and some damaged windows. We had used Andy in the past to do some caulking and are so glad we called him again when we needed to do this larger repair. Andy explained exactly what was required and worked with us to keep the costs down by using some materials we had on hand. Andy is very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Andy and his team were also very neat and tidied up at the end of each day.

I give 10/10 because andy and Corey did good solid work and they are honest helpful and reliable. Old school trustworthy guys to allow into your home.

Andy and Corey are incredibly reliable and their customer service is impeccable. They were able to repair the leaks in my sun room from previous owners lack of maintenance. Both Andy and Corey were available to follow up with anything extra I asked for and did so quickly. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have their sunroom repaired.

Andy and Corey are reliable, always on time and very passionate about the work they are doing. They treated my project as if they were doing it for their own home. They went over and beyond the original quoted job and added many 'extras' with no extra charges at the end of the day. My project consisted of removing all the glass in a leaking and rotted room; then replacing most of the floor joists and a beam while safely preserving the roof and ceiling. The result was remarkable! We now have a four season insulated room with large windows and a sliding patio door. The attention to details in the finished project were really appreciated. We would definitely recommend these guys to do any project you might be considering. I know we will hire them again in the near future.
