Five years ago I had Andy rebuild the solarium of a house I had recently bought. The design was changed and all the glass was replaced. It was a big job. By the end it was a brand new solarium and Andy had done excellent work. Any time I have called Andy for different services, he always comes quickly and I have been very satisfied. You can count on Andy. I highly recommend him.

Our sunroom was fixed by Andy in the past and he did a very thorough job. When we noticed that we needed some more maintenance on the room, the first person we thought of was Andy. As usual, his work was good and fixed the leaks we were having along the front of the room. Since then, there have been heavy rains and the room has stayed totally dry. Other things that needed repairs this time were 1. The solarium's two windows were not opening properly and the mechanism that opened and closed the windows needed repairing. 2. A spot on the corner of the solarium had rotten in a corner and the full strip needed to be replaced and painted. Andy fixed both these issues and we are very happy with the job he did. He is so cheerful and friendly - a pleasure to have in the house.

Andy is very humble, extremely knowledgeable about the industry - he helped us with replacing our aged glass roof as well as the patio door. He worked with our budget and gave us great recommendations. We approached Andy around May and the project get going around August due to heavy rain and prime time for renos; and is totally worth the wait. Andy and Corey, his helper, were very professional and completed the job in 2 days. Throughout the project, Andy pointed out things that I should look at and how things are done professionally. Now I have a very beautiful solarium to look at and to enjoy with my partner and our dogs.

Andy is the ultimate professional. I found Andy over 5 years ago to replace 3 Windows in our aging Solarium, having moved to a fixer upper and having dealt with other trades people, Andy stood out on delivering what he promised on time with no surprises. He was available promptly when one of my older glass shattered and came in to repair and stopped the leak at no cost. I didn’t need to look for a second quote when I had the budget to replace 90% of the glass. The Solarium is now better than new due to his knowledge and quality. Thanks Andy!!!

I have not had positive experiences with contractors in the past. This has most definitely changed as a result my association with Andy of Solarium Repairs. From our first meeting I had a sense of confidence in Andy's knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. The estimate and work involved was clearly explained from the beginning, and throughout the work. The quality of work and chosen materials, and attention to detail is a rarity. Some extra work that was required and extra time spent were not charged. Although weather was not our friend, whenever it did co-operate, Andy and his helper, Cory arrived punctually, and worked very hard and efficiently. Time is still taken to keep in touch and ensure everything is good. Andy, I can't thank you enough for your quality work, kindness, honesty, and advice. It goes without saying that I enthusiastically recommend you to anyone needing a job well done.

I have a lovely Zitco solarium that unfortunately had some kind of slow leak over 25 years leading to subfloor rot and a rotted and ant-eaten knee wall. Fortunately, the Solarium Repairs team - Andy and Cory - removed the mess and repaired the flooring and walls. They did so on time and on budget, even though the repairs needed were somewhat more extensive than we thought at the outset. In replacing 3 of the 5 front window panes, Andy noticed that one of the good windows had a slightly different tint so he threw in a 4th window with matching tint pro bono. As a nice finishing touch, he added a wood sill to the inside window. Overall, they did a great job, and were very pleasant and professional to work with throughout. Highly recommended!

We purchased our current house almost 4 years ago and one of the key reasons for buying the house was the Solarium. It is our prized possession. Few months ago I noticed that the Solarium eavestrough covers were worn down and there was leakage at few places so I contacted a traditional eavestrough company and they quoted me a price to replace the same and when they send their technician I noticed some cables in the eavestrough that the technician didn’t know what it was all about. There was water pond in the trough and I wanted them to fix the level. Further interactions with the traditional eavestrough company made me believe that they did not know much about Solariums let alone Solarium eavestrough which needs delicate and expert care. It was wasted money. Then through Internet search I came across Andy Lansdown and thank God for that. Andy promptly responded to the phone call and came to our house to inspect our Solarium and identified few other maintenance issues and explained us what needs to be done and eventually addressed all of them in spite of his busy schedule at a reasonable price. If you have a Solarium and love it, contact Andy even if everything is OK as Andy will inspect it for you and identify any maintenance/preventative issues that need to be addressed. Thank you Andy for taking care of our Solarium as if it was your own! We very much appreciate the same. You are an honest and genuine person. Keep it up!!
