We were referred to Rocco by our contractor and were so happy to work with him. He returned our calls promptly, was efficient and flexible with the drawings and took care of all our permits. He was very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I contacted Rocco after reading his reviews on Homestars.ca. He got back to me very quickly and visited us to see the issue. Rocco is very knowledgeable and experienced. He charged us no fee for the advice and gave us a contractor's information to deal with. He also looked up old permits done on or house for us. We plan on using his services once we start renovating.

I located Rocco online and after meeting with him decided to engage him. He was agreeable to beign paid on the receipt of the permit which was a big factor. Rocco made the application in a timely manner and followed up with the department to secure it within acceptbale timeframes. I would recommend Rocco for Bulding Permit related work.

I was under the impression that I didn't need a permit for a renovation of my new house until the inspector arrived screaming at my door. I found Rocco on Home Stars and called him for advice. He came over to the house the same day and assessed the situation. Rocco was a good listener and made me feel comfortable so I hired him for the job of getting the permits. In less than one week (5 days to be exact) he had made the drawings required by the city, submitted them and had a permit ready to be placed on my door. Rocco provided us with drawings and a permit for removal of a load bearing wall extremely quickly - the turn around was much better than what others in the field offer. He arranged for the permit to be submitted and delivered on time even though he was going out of town the next day on vacation. I have called Rocco in need of permit drawings for a basement underpinning and basement finishing. He came and took site measurments and have delivered as promised! We were surprised to hear that modifying a small part of a weight bearing wall in our kitchen would require a permit. Rocco was very responsive and clearly very familiar with the task. He delivered the permit in the promised timeframe and answered all our questions thoroughly.
