My project is to totally gut a house and re-build the complete interior of the house. I called Rocco and within a couple of days we met at the house and discussed some ideas for the house design. Within a couple of days Rocco had emailed me a design for the house with several options. After looking at all the design options I asked Rocco a couple of times for changes which he did for me in no time. After I felt satisfied with the design, Rocco very quickly obtained the building permit for me. I was very satisfied with the whole experience I had with Rocco.

Even though the weather prevented me from getting my garage built before the winter, it did not prevent Rocco Schipano of Architalcan from giving me fast and top notch service. I spoke with two other architects who either demanded half the money down, or that I get the permit myself after the plans were drawn. Rocco asked for neither. He was at my home to take the measurements within two days, and had the plans and permit in my hands within three working days. And his knowledge and advice was very helpful. I needed to get building permits for a complete interior renovation for an old house with structural issues. I decided to call Rocco after I saw Architalcan's profile on Homestars and all the great reviews he received. Rocco did not disappoint. All the reviews were true. He responded to my phone call right away and came to see the house the next day. He provided great feedback and ideas for the renovation. He had the permits and drawings back to me in less than a week, which was an amazing turnaround time since he was out of the country for 3 days on a family vacation. I would recommend Rocco to anybody who is looking for great service and quality work.

Rocca made the drawings and got the permits for Loadbearing wall removal and Patio door widening and kitchen plumbing. Start to finish in under two weeks including the structural engineer calcs. Electronic file now used for HVAC.

We needed last-minute drawings and a permit for the replacement of our sinking porch. Rocco arrived within hours of my phone call, and supplied full drawings and the permit by the weekend, battling the worst downtown traffic we've seen in ages. Rocco's attention to detail is remarkable. He gave extensive design suggestions to prevent the problem in the future, incorporating all of our particular requirements and accounting for many of the project's unknowns.

I been renovating homes for ten years, work with lots of Architects in the past. Now I been with Rocco for 3 years, And the only reason I use him is because of his good looks, LOL All jokes aside, he is caring person and always on time, that all you need.
